Great customer support, replies within 1 - 2 hours and are very understanding. Not a single scam in sight, necessary information is written before hand, even provides UK adapter for the Chinese power bricks.
Shipping and delivery came within 4 days. Ordered the Vivo X200 Pro mini which came in brand new condition, thin screen protector added before hand with tightly kept package.

I've used wonda twice and both times I've received my device within a week fully tracked via FedEx.My last purchase, a Vivo X100 ultra arrived within 4 days, I decided to install Google apps myself and EVERYTHING works including Android Auto.

Ordered the Oppo Find N5 a few days after launch. The first batch had sold out and they were taking orders that were due to dispatch 4-5 working days after I ordered, and I paid for the fast delivery (3-5 days) so I expected to get the phone after 7-10 working days. It arrived 3 working days after ordering (ordered Thursday, arrived Tuesday).

To be fair, if they sent it at the quoted time, I'd still think their service was excellent, but I like that they were conservative in their estimates and set reasonable expectations that I had already agreed to happily, then beat them.

They say on the site that they unseal the phones for activation before shipping so I knew the box wouldn't be sealed, but it was in immaculate condition and well wrapped.

They met or exceeded expectations at every step. I'm delighted with the service I received, and will happily use them again next time I upgrade.

I brought a phone from Wanda mobile, but sadly I had to return it, there was nothing wrong with the phone, I've brought from Wanda mobile before, the company is great fast delivery they say between 9 to 12 days but it was delivered in 8 days from when I ordered it, their customer care is great, they helped me out with my problem, I returned the phone and straight away I got a refund, I would use Wanda mobile again, I highly recommend Wanda mobile.

Asked a question about product, got an answer a day later. Ordered it on a Friday night, shipped from Hong Kong to Ireland , had it by Thursday. And the phone is amazing so far. The Hong Kong version works perfect in Ireland and has the benefit of coming with UK charger and a bigger battery unlike the European version!

It was a bit scary to order from Hong Kong (kind of too far...) but I risked it as the Trustpilot rating is so high! Well, I haven't regretted it at all! I even received my phone with the charger although I expected to get none as they do not deliver with chargers to GB!...
