Phone arrived quicker than estimated in a few days and was exactly as described. Works well and google play was preinstalled and works fine.

On your website there is no description of the costs of a cancellation and Wondamobile also has no terms of use for using the website that Wondamobile must comply with.
I believe that this is according to the internet rules including online purchase that I have a cooling-off period of 2 weeks.
So Wondamobile does NOT comply with the internet online purchase rules, which I would very much like to bring to the attention of Paypal and Creditcard payments to Trustpilot reviews.

I will not accept this and I will inform Paypal and my Mastercard.

Felt unbelievably dodgy ordered Mi 14 pro for £100 cheaper than found elsewhere with tax included and upgraded shipping. Went against my better judgement and even revolut said this is likely a scam. Looked at the reviews that all seemed positive and went with it and was so pleasantly surprised. Such a great service. Can't imagine I would ever use another service to buy a mobile In the future 10/10

Ordered a Galaxy S24 on Saturday night with free delivery, and received it in the UK on Wednesday morning! The phone arrived exactly as described: brand new and sealed.

Wonda Mobile were fantastic!
They were highly responsive to my emails and always replied within hours.
Their stock alert worked well and I was immediately informed when the Violet colour was back in stock.
They gave frequent updates about the delivery and FedEx tracking.

My device developed fault in about 3 days, I emailed them, they gave me address to post it to. Postage was expensive (from Ireland) however they provided full refund and covered the shipping (as the item was faulty - not their fault - screen started to flicker after 2-3 days of use). Anyway happy with the service
