On DAY ONE, I ordered a dress for a 1920s themed party. However, was advised later on that day that the event was to be cancelled and so immediately contacted WA to ask that the order be cancelled. Unfortunately, the email I sent was not seen and dress was sent a few days later.
On my part and on reflection once I saw the dress, I decided that I loved it and wanted the dress however they it came up a little tight. A day after receiving the dress I received an email from WA to advise me that I could return the dress and be refunded in full. I responded to the email by saying that I wanted to keep the dress but would like to exchange it for a larger size. Again no response to this email so I decided to return the dress with a copy of my email hoping that I would receive a larger size. Two days later, I received confirmation that I had been reimbursed in full - no explanation just a computer generated email. Such a shame as I really loved the dress. It became apparent that incoming emails were not being monitored - poor customer service!

I ordered 3 shopping bags and I thought they were going to be canvas - but I was pleasantly surprised to find they are a strong large size plastic coated bag!! I love the animal designs as well. Very happy with my purchases thank you 😊

Ordered a 'banned' bag as in their sale it was less than half the price of other online retailers. Product was well packaged and came in good time. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again from this lovely little independent retailer.

Really pleased with my order from Wonderland Awaits! I’ve ordered a Hell Bunny cardigan, in a shade of green I was looking for & 3 pots of Directions hair dye. I got the eye on a 3 for 10 quid offer, which I was chuffed to bits with, The items were sent well packaged using Royal Mail (which was relief as we’ve had so many issues with other parcel delivery services), and the stickers on the front of the parcel made me smile. There was also a little thank you note, and a complimentary sticker and pin badge, which I thought was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend Wonderland Awaits and will no doubt order from them in the future.

I recently visited this wonderful quaint shop looking for something new. I explained what I was looking for and the owner was really helpful and showed me many items that she recommended for me. I left with a bag full of goodies. Excellent service and wonderful customer care, so grateful to have a shop that offers something different from the mainstream high street.

This is my favourite shop, full of really interesting clothing and accessories. Always had amazing service and prices are really reasonable. 1000% recommend a visit.

I have been a customer for over 2 years using both the website and shopping in store when lockdown hasn't been in effect.
I always have a great experience from zara and the store in general. Great customer service every time especially with lockdown weight and not knowing what size to order sometimes! the only time I've ever had an issue with an item (unfortunately wasn't in stock) I was contacted right away and given a full refund which I do believe I just used to buy things from the store later anyway.
It's a charming little store and so well run and presented. Hoping to be a lifelong customer!

Wonderland Awaits is a truly fantastic place, my favourite shop in fact. The range of stock is always great and there are regular sales to grab a bargain. The customer service is second to none and her (the owner) attention to detail is amazing. Highly recommend a visit, or as a second best, join her Facebook page/group.
