Group tour Argentina

Group tour Argentina : Buenos Aires, Iguacu Falls, then 4 days travelling in Patagonia . It was absolutely wonderful . So well organised , amazing locations, the best guides ever . Dave from Wonky Sheep in touch during our journey . An unforgettable holiday. Thank you, Wonky Sheep, better than Riviera, Mercury & other companies I’ve travelled with as the Welsh touch just made it special .

Wonkysheep left me stranded 4000 miles from home

Wonkysheep left me stranded 4000 miles from home after paying them best part of £1000 for a Scotland supporters charter flight from Glasgow to Tiblisi, Georgia.

I have been to over 100 away games and missed one flight prior to this due to bad weather.

I heard this company compared to Passport Travel who I have travelled with many years ago.

THERE IS NO COMPARISON TO PASSPORT TRAVEL.

Can't do a basic head count on a bus to determine if anyone was missing.

Letting people who hadn't paid for a bus transfer on their busses, screwing up any attempt at a head count, not that they attempted to performed one.

Head counts on busses are basic due diligence for any travel operator but given the money I paid wonkysheep this is a service that I expected of you.
I have bus conveyed several times its not easy especially with a football charter but its necessary to ensure NO ONE IS MISSING.

When I notified them on my return they blatantly lied and said

1.they did perform a head counts when they didn't
and
2. tried to phone me in Tbilisi when they didn't.

I got a reply from "Dave", after an internal investigation, that basically said with reference to the return bus journey "how do you know you weren't there!"

Well Dave there was no head count on the way out and I also have many friends who told me the return bus journey "was like a scene out of Dunkirk- just a free for all !"

I made my own way to the airport , arrived in plenty time 2 hours before international flight departure but they never waited on me.

Had to pay an extra £500 to make my own way home.

I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Over priced, lazy stewardship and very money orientated.

Another example of this is I booked as a solo traveler and payed the single room supplement as they advised they would put me in with a fellow traveler later and refund me.
I followed this up by contacting them with a friends details only to be told it was not possible. I was put in a double room myself !

Won't be travelling with them again, far too expensive, un professional and liars.
