Fab service but ………
Everything about the service and delivery was great. My only complaint is that the cushion I bought arrived marked, hopefully will come out in the wash. The packaging could have been better not just put in the deliver bag but also another bag to protect it otherwise would have been 5 stars

Hi Jackie, I'm sorry to hear that there was a mark on your cushion from reading your review - you should have contacted us and let us know there was an issue and we could have tried to help. We use our Courier own branded packaging for cushions which are extremely hard to tear by hand and also weatherproof so that there is no chance of the contents being damaged. I can only assume the mark was already on the cushion and we didn't notice and for that I do apologise. Sophia x

We didn't just cancel your order - It was mutually decided that it was best to cancel the order and refund you due to the high costs despite me making enquiries with other courier companies to see if I could accommodate your order but unfortunately due to your location it wasn't economical. Great frenchic supplier
Items were shipped quickly had all the stock i was searching for in frenchic as many places don't seem to have as much choice or have sold out. Two of the cans did arrived a little dented however this hasn't effected the product in anyway and they were packaged extremely well to prevent any damage. I would definitely shop with them everytime in the future and would highly recommend.
