Ordered online for collection in store. Kept informed along the way. Pick up was quick and efficient and staff were chatty and friendly.
Love the items purchased (Christmas sale). Have bought from here before and will definitely buy again. Some lovely things in store.

Friendly, helpful, chatty staff although my only disappointment was I didn't get to meet the family dog :'( maybe next time :-)
