Woodlandsfurniture Reviews

I've bought wardrobes and a chest of drawers three times from Woodlands furniture. Sturdy, excellent quality and finish, excellent value. Delivered and put together by two very professional gentlemen. Very pleased with the product and service.

We wanted large, quality wardrobes but have issues with access and didn't want flat pack. We contacted this company to explain and they were incredibly helpful and explained that they could bring the wardrobes in sections and construct in the space. We ordered on this basis and they arrived as scheduled, were extremely efficient and pleasant and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The bedroom furniture I order has surpassed my expectations. Well made and solid.
From ordering to delivery and assembly I was updated all the way.
The delivery guys were also very nice and kind. Rang half hr before arrival.
All in all very pleasant experience and would recommend.

Woodlands Furniture are a pleasure to deal with and provide a bespoke service at a very reasonable price.
Kabir, who delivered my furniture was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you

Absolutely Fabulous! Fantastic customer service from ordering to delivery with regular communication throughout about our bespoke wardrobe. Great advice on the extra height needed for an additional rail. A quality, sturdy product made to last...very happy! The whole team at Woodlands furniture are friendly, professional and courteous with Kabir and Ibrar respectively taking care when getting the wardrobe upstairs and positioned . I can highly recommend this company which value customer care as a priority which is increasingly hard to find.

I would definitely buy from Woodlandsfurniture again. I was kept informed every step of the way. I live in a remote and rural area in Scotland and the company took great care in keeping me informed about deliveries. The delivery team were fantastic, courteous, on time having driven over 7 hours from Leeds to me. Quality of the furniture is as expected at a very good price - I did look long and hard before buying from this company. So glad I did. Quality, amazing customer care and very easy and helpful to deal with.

Excellent service throughout, from my initial enquiry to the delivery of my wardrobe. Thank you!

Ordered 2 made to measure wardrobes from Woodlands Furniture and couldn't be happier with them. They arrived today and were installed by their team, the guy's were professional, helpful and quick, and the wardrobes look fantastic. Really pleased with this purchase, will definitely use them again.

Great communication. Bespoke order delivered on time and to exact specifications. It looks amazing in my newly decorated bedroom. Very happy!

I purchased the Dewsbury 3 drawer wardrobe.
Easy online ordering system with lots of customisation options.
I had several calls from them to confirm my order, the options I choose and information about the delivery process. The unit arrived on time and the delivery guys were very helpful and polite.
A good quality product for the price range compared to a lot of the mainstream stuff you buy from the big high street retailers. Plus supporting a local family run business.

Absolutely excellent customer service and communication from start to finish. I had the quad wardrobe custom made and it's just perfect. I also have the two over six chest of drawers, this is also excellent quality. The delivery had a hiccup because the van broke down but this was very quickly resolved with a prompt reschedule delivery date. I had my furniture assembled and the two lovely chaps, albeit 6am were really efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. I will definitely use Woodlands again and will absolutely be recommending them. Very happy customer.😊

Very obliging, keep me informed with the delivery date and time, well made products, highly recommend.

From start to finish we were kept informed on what was happening with our order. The delivery men were very polite and helpful and rang to let us know when they would be arriving.

The only downside was that their website had the wrong price for the metal drawer runners and hanging rails but has now been corrected and when I put my postcode in for delivery prices it said free but there was a charge as I expected but was led to believe that it was free so if that hasn’t been corrected be prepared.

Fantastic furniture, great fitting service, really pleased with the whole product and experience. Would definitely recommend you to anybody.

Bought a 2 drawer wardrobe with top box in oak finish. Beautifully made and finished. Service was first rate checking order and arranging delivery. Delivery drivers were very professional. Very good value for money.

Recently bought a wardrobe in antique white, very sturdy and well made. We spoke to the company direct, who were very helpful from start to finish. Delivery was on time and two very helpful men put in the wardrobe and for a small cost moved another to the other room. Thank you Kabir and Co worker.

I purchased 2 x Wardrobe, Chest of drawers and 4 x bedside cabinets in solid pine. From initial order to delivery the process was seamless. Initially given a possible 6 week manufacturing and delivery timeline I was wonderfully surprised to take arranged delivery a mere 2 weeks from initial purchase date. The quality of furniture is outstanding, Solid and meticulously built with a beautiful finish in Golden Oak. I cannot recommend Woodlands Furniture enough. Buy with the confidence of knowing you will be dealing with a brilliant UK company.

I ordered a wardrobe from woodland’s furniture and it is absolutely gorgeous! It was delivered to an upstairs room and assembled there. The delivery was as agreed and my whole experience with this company has been excellent.

A geat product at a competitive price with delivery included.

Furniture arrived flat packed and very securely packaged, so once assembled is very sturdy and attractive. I particularly like the support bar midway along each large drawer which prevents any drawer sag.

I prefer to buy from 'real' businesses than online and this company were great, kept me informed of delivery and the names and numbers of guys delivering. For a small company their prices and customer service are second to none. Keep up the good work!

Would definitely use them again

Wonderful 3 door wardrobe with shelves, solidly made and lovely grey colour
Easy to order with a good delivery charge despite being a long way
Put in to room with no fuss by polite delivery men.I would definitely use again when more furniture needed.
