A massive thank you to the team at Woodmines, Greg, Simon, and Kerry. You have all been superb the whole way through what was a custom, complex, and time-sensitive project. The installation and finished product did not disappoint and I can't thank you enough. We will be using Woodmines for all of our commercial custom-built wooden structures moving forward.

I met Greg Mines at his showroom in November and was impressed with the set up.

I cannot fault the service he and his team provided, from visiting my house to laser measure the posts (because of our slightly sloping patio), discussing the overall design and how it will fit in our garden, and then to the whole bespoke kit being delivered only 3 weeks later.

When the kit arrived I was impressed with the labelled and wrapped bundles of timber and the predrilled and marked up sections. The detailed instructions and pictures then made the assembly easy to follow.

The attention to detail also impressed me in the way that everything was included, from all the necessary screws and nails (with a few spare of each type, just in case), drill bits, screwdriver bits and 10mm socket, and even a bespoke jig to ensure I drilled the correct holes for the “6th leg”.

The construction was completed mainly on my own, but some valuable help initially with the main frame and 6 large posts.

I am extremely pleased with the finished product and am looking forward to using the gazebo in the coming months.

I have no hesitation recommending Greg and his Company, Woodmines.

Highly recommend Woodmines for your Gazebo. Very helpful from start especially if you need advice, nothing is too much trouble. Delivery guys really helpful too offloading and friendly. Really pleased with our Gazebo even better than the conservatory we had and knocked down. Could go on really , but a lovely company to deal with. Top marks !

These guys are awesome. From start to finish nothing was to much trouble. Greg built my bespoke design and delivered it within a tight deadline. The quality is of a very high standard and thanks to the Woodmine pre build before delivery, it went together really easily. All fixings supplied too. Cant recommend highly enough.

We have had a great gazebo from woodmines really well made first service just look at what you get would recommend to anyone including my family if you going for a gazebo go for the best

We needed a gazebo with lower roof and saw that Woodmines were developing a 2.5 metre roofed gazebo. Enquired and from that point received really excellent communication and responses to our questions. Ordered and construction/delivery equalled the high quality communication. Great team to work with, superb product and value. Our garden looks great as a result!

Brilliant ***** From ordering to delivery communication and build, can’t fault them. I built mine on my own, 2 men would have been easier……. But I’m stubborn. Loved it, great challange and the finished product is excellent.

Really impressed with the quality of the Tudor gazebo I purchased. The structure is very solid and well constructed. Had to wait a few weeks for delivery but was kept well informed throughout.

WE purchased the Imperial Gazebo and are delighted with the quality. We purchased the 200mm post, even though it is open you still feel you're in a room outside.
It took us a period of 2 weeks as we treated the wood before assembling and it is a two man job. After visiting, my friend admired so much she has also been in touch with the company.
When lit up at night you could mistake it for before abroad!

What a great company to deal with. Having spent weeks searching for the right gazebo for our garden we came across WoodMines. Not only are they easy and professional to do business with the materials they supplied were far superior to their competitors. The instructions and photos they provided for our self build project made construction very straightforward and having put our own mark on the end result with lighting, heating etc. We couldn’t be happier.

WoodMines have given an excellent service from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble. All questions prior to ordering were answered quickly and comprehensively. The final Gazebo dimensions were bespoke and deliver exactly according to specifications. The delivery process was smooth and the gentlemen who completed the delivery were polite and very helpful. The final construction was well described and relatively easy to complete, resulting in a stunning gazebo which fits exactly where planned. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Excellent personal service. Product made to our own measurements and design. Reasonably speedy service considering we were in the middle of lockdown. We were allowed to view the product in the making and delivery was first class, all items placed in sensible areas of the patio in preparation for building next week.
Greg, Vicky and all the team were forever courteous and cheerful, which makes a difference, and we would recommend the whole set-up to anyone.

Very efficient and reliable delivery experience from Keith at WoodMines . Helpful and friendly with good suggestions for storage ahead of assembly of our gazebo. While restrictions about going into the house are obviously sensible, Keith could still make sure all parts were placed and stored in good order, ready for assembly. Vicky had said there wouldn’t be a problem and there absolutely wasn’t! Very reassuring given what I’ve read about other companies where they drop no further than the drive! Thanks to Greg and the WoodMines team.

I message the company regarding a advert they had posted. The response was poor but I was desperate due to the current climate. Date was arranged for collection of the timber. On arrival the interaction was difficult and the gentleman was rude. Apparently I had interrupted his lunch. Customer service is poor and the timber is sub standard. Buyer be aware. BUYER BE AWARE!!
