We had reservations about sending our carpets away but we didn't trust ourselves in getting the measurements right. Chris was brilliant in answering any questions we had & talked us through the process & returning our original carpets. We chose damson as colour for our carpets & it picks out the coloured fleck in the rest of the upholstery.

We purchased a replacement set of carpets from this company and we are delighted with them. They fit well, the quality of them is excellent and the service was amazing. They replied to every message within a very short time, they kept us up to date on progress and they were delivered as promised. The price was much less than we initially imagined and the whole process of purchasing them was straightforward. I would highly recommend this company if you need new campervan carpets.

Our motorhome carpets were faded and the backing was crumbling so we approached Leisure Carpets Direct for some samples. Their response was fast, they answered all our questions, gave us a range of options and we sent off our old carpets as patterns. Our new set is a perfect fit and we appreciated the addition of the two floor mats for the entrance. Highly recommended!

I found my dealings with this company to be excellent in every respect. I first contacted them to discuss my requirements. Based on their advice I sent them the tired old carpets from my newly purchased second hand motorhome to use as a template. They sent me samples to choose a colour and once ordered, the new carpets were returned within about 10 days. They fit well, are of good quality and I’m delighted with them.
I am more than happy to recommend them.

Dealing with a single point of contact was really useful especially as we had fun and games with Royal Mail so Chris who we were dealing with was aware of our situation.
We ended up having to make templates of our motorhome carpets which was not the easiest thing to do but the guidance provided was very clear and easy to follow
The process from them receiving the templates to the carpets being ready was really quick and we were kept informed along the way
The carpets look fantastic, really good quality and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Chris was great . Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had decided to replace our old Motorhome carpets and shipped them over to leisure carpets direct to use as a template. We were delighted with our new carpets which fitted perfectly. It is such a neat and tidy job. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company . Everything went so smoothly.

Dealt with Chris who was very knowledgeable and steered me onto a good quality hard wearing choice....I posted my old carpets out and I was notified when they landed.....about 8 or 9 days later got a call saying they were done and they arrived a couple of days later.....they actually fit exactly like the old ones did really really good service cant fault these guys

The company kept me informed all the way through the buying process. They sent the samples I asked for in the colour's and different thickness.
When manufactured, they emailed me the delivery date and corrier.
When delivered they were well protected and the quality was great. They even made me 2 small mats.

Leisure Carpets Direct made the whole process of ordering a made to measure carpet easy. They provided a comprehensive guide to making a template and were great at providing support and guidance as needed. Once they received the template the carpet was delivered about 10 days later. The final product was well made and fitted well. Overall the experience was great.

From start to finish we delt with Chris.. he answered all our questions promptly.. we stencilled our old carpets using brown paper, put the stencils in a large envelope and sent them.
