We needed an existing motorhome carpet cutting and whipping. From the moment I contacted Leisure Carpets their customer care, speed of response and willingness to assist was far and away above anything I have encountered recently. Chris took ownership of the job and went through everything step by step keeping me fully informed throughout.

We bought a 14 year old campervan with its original carpets which looked grubby and were crumbling. I found Leisure Carpets Direct on the web and the whole experience of getting replacements has been superb. They offered and sent out samples, so we sent our old ones as templates and we put our order in. Within a week the new ones were ready. They look and feel great.

Half way through making my carpets l decided to change my motorhome, l rang leisure carpets to stop making them. And charge me accordingly.
Chris, wouldn't hear of it. He refused to charge anything because he'd bought the carpet but fortunately hadn't cut it yet.
I've since bought carpets from them for my new ( to me ) motorhome.
Working from a paper template i was little worried because I'd made the templates myself...
But, they straighten my jagged cutting lines and produced carpets that fit PERFECTLY....

I contacted Chris about our carpets in our new to us Motorhome, he sent samples and options of binding so we sent him our old carpets as a template and we are more than happy with the end product, he kept us well informed about the process and progress of our order and would recommend them to anyone who needs new carpets for their leisure vehicle.

From start to finish a great customer experience. I have just taken delivery of my new Motorhome carpets, they were custom made using my old carpets as a template. A really nice touch of adding care instructions on the underside of the door carpet. Very fast turnaround.

Absolutely brilliant company which although nationwide, you feel like they’re a local business. Exceeded expectations from our very first enquiry, sending samples, to receiving the carpets. Brilliant quality and exact in terms of fitting (we supplied our old ones as templates). We even had two additional mats supplied as freebies. Contact with them was pretty much immediate turnaround through either email or phone. Carpets delivered to the door and turnaround was less than 10 working days.

Our van is an A class 7m long and the price was extremely good for the size of van.

Would not hesitate using this company again.
