Received our carpets promptly for our motorhome. Absolutely 5 star from start to finish. They fit perfectly and look great. Would definitely recommend!

What can I say, recieved my custom made carpets for my motorhome, they were made perfectly to the templates.
Chris talked me through it from start to finish, he gave me plenty of options, colours etc. I will be using them again.

We purchased a set of carpets for our motorhome. The company made this very easy for us. From first contact we were given an estimated quote on what it might cost. Then all we had to do was send old mats to use as the templates, choose from a selection of carpets after this they confirmed the cost. We paid and waited for carpets to arrive. When they arrived I fitted in motorhome. The fitting of all stud was perfect, no issues. Carpet quality was excellent and it made the motorhome look like new. I would definitely use again if I needed to and will be recommending to anyone who asks. Full experience took around 3 weeks from start to finish and well worth the wait

From start to finish I can’t thank these guys enough. Absolutely brilliant. Had plenty of choice to choose from within our colour range, was quick & efficient. Very helpful, product outstanding, and very reasonable on price. I would have paid twice for what we have. Love the new carpets. Throughly recommend these guys.

Absolutely fabulous from initial and subsequent enquiries to the finished carpets. Prompt and courteous responses to emails. Cannot praise these guys enough, the carpets were made from templates of our original caravan carpets and are first class. From confirming that our job was scheduled for that day we were emailed with tracking details at the end of the working day, well packaged too, do not know of any other company nowadays that has this level of customer service.
Carpets were received as promised on time and such excellent quality and workmanship. They also made two extra doormat sized rugs which was a welcome surprise.
Will definitely recommend this company 100%.

This was a 5*+ in my opinion could not believe it would be such a seamless service. I emailed asking questions and got prompt replies, requested examples of the carpet colours and received them next day. Due to our working pattern it was a while before we could send our carpets, I received a couple of emails and calls to ensure what our van layout was correct even down to what colour did I want the doormat. Nothing was too much trouble for them, their customer service is at a standard never received before. I have no problem highly recommending this company they deserve to do well. From sending to receiving was just the time taken they said it would be. Big thank from our little Westie dog Robbie who is glad to be back on carpet again!

In this day and age sadly it’s very rare to come across a company who offer a fantastic product …on time …and at a fair price …this company delivers on all 3 and together with great customer support/service provide the whole package…I would highly recommend to anyone

I decided I needed new carpets for my caravan so contacted Leisure Carpets Direct. I spoke to Chris who was very helpful. I decided not to do my own templates so I took my old carpets to them as I didn’t realise at first I live not far away. I chose what carpet I wanted and chose the colour of the edging. I received them today 12/04/2025 and must say I am really pleased with what I’ve got. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace new carpets. Just wish I could upload the photos of my new carpets.

Dealt with Chris from beginning to the end of my new carpet project and he could not have been more helpful. The carpets arrived exactly as ordered needed some minor adjustments, just as he described as they were made from the old carpets which had stretched. They look great and we are very happy with them. Highly recommended.

Needed advice for replacement front cab carpets for our Swift Escape,dealt with Chris who was so helpful in pointing me in the right direction,From ordering carpets to fitting them was all completed in 4 days.I cannot recommend Leisure Carpets Direct enough.

I have 2 reasons in completing this review. 1. What an excellent, honest and caring family company. We chose carpets (4 pieces) for our Bailey Caravan. Our first contact with Chris provided us with choice of carpet, cost of carpet, how to complete templets and approximate time of completion. I made a mistake when I labelled one templet upside down. They had checked it out and contacted us to confirm correct side before completing order. Delivery was excellent and so was the colour and quality of the carpet. Leisure also included three doormat sized carpet from the offcuts at no extra charge. The staff are just excellent. We are in our eighties and considered it important to receive the reassurance Leisure gave us.. 2 We had made enquiries with other companies over an 18 month period and not proceeded for reasons of one obstruction or another.
Leisure was straight forward, efficient and most reliable. For peace of mind and an excellent job I have no hesitation in recommending Leisure.
