Im order my cue to be 9 spice arrow on a cue butt, how ever a little misunderstanding, the cue turn to be 12 splice arrow on it cue butt when im receive, how ever the cue that arrive look perfectly well made, play very well and super low deflection 9.8mm, shaft arrow also (ash) perfect arrow, superb feel and play any shot very well.. it came out with box and great long n short extender which is perfect for tournament player. Highly recommend to anyone who would like to purchase their product..

From the way the website is layed out woods cues measure and check everything thoroughly and if there is even the slightest of issues they do their best to contact you and arrange a resolution asap. The cue is absolutely 💯 stunning ! Thankyou for making this a great experience. Would 100 percent recommend!!

Purchased 2 snooker cues from Woods for myself and my brother. After a break of about 15 years decided to start playing again. Both being slightly above average decided we wanted something a little better than a wrack cue…… after researching all the different suppliers of hand spliced cues went for Woods after reading decent reviews. Chose our cues from the extensive choice on the web page and was able to track the delivery through the app. A very positive experience, good communication with the seller and happy with the quality of the cues we received. Slightly disappointed with how the cues look when using the extensions, but they work absolutely fine. Very good value for the money we spent.

I received my cue a few days ago and just played with it today. It's a beautiful cue and plays very well. The weight and balance are just right. Also, the tip came in a great shape that's ready to play! 👍Highly recommended.

Very happy with the quality and good delivery well packed due to the size. They were happy to change the colour before shipping as I made a mistake with the colour choice. The only point would be the website to show the colour options more clearly when selecting case just a small point.
