Delicate and easy to use but quite sharp.
Never used circular needles before - a revalation!
I have the 15mm and 4.5mm needles. These are my first time using circular needles, having used the straight ones for some years. I have to admit that they were not easy to use but that may be due to my inexperience. Otherwise it looks amazing and feels luxurious in my hands.
These are super comfortable to use, although it's my first time with circular ones...it's a tad fiddly for me...but I trust I'll get the hang of it! :)
Very difficult to pick up stitches along edge in order to knit the buttonhole placket. The wood was not slippery enough so had to change to metal ones which did the job
Poor quality...engraving that catches the wool whole knitting. Needles are quite short which makes it difficult to knit with them. Binding between the needle and the wire also makes the wool get stuck on it. I do not recommend, there are much better knitting needles for a lower price out there
I am usually very happy with their products but I think this item is badly designed. I managed to knit a row and a half with my first set before the cable came out of one end. Customer service was super helpful and sent me a replacement; however, I had the same problem with the new set after a few rows so I think it's a desigb issue rather than a fault for the company on its own. I think part of the problem is the cable length (I'm making the large koselog blanket and these were the recommended needles and while the project is knitted in sections, I still think too much stress is put on the needles as the cable is rather short). The second issue I would sai is the material of the cable. I always knit with circular needles as opposed to straight needles whenever I can because I find them more comfortable to use, so I have used my fair share of different circular needles from different brands. The material is very stiff plastic which I would say contributed to the cable slipping out at the join. I would suggest the company to look into either more flexible plastic, or, especially for bigger needles, steel. I have had circulars from a different brand that were wood needles with a steel cable and they were amazing to work with. Overall, I think their yarn, instructions and customer service are great, but I don't think I will buy any of their needles again.
Lovely well made needle
Very good quality, I am pleased with my purchase.
Perfect sized needles for making hats! :) I much prefer wooden needles over metal.
Lovely quality product
The plastic broke on my second row. Very disappointing as I would have expected a much better quality for the price.
Great product, would certainly buy more needled from wool and the gang
