I never got it. The post office said they delivered it but they didn’t and no one would reimburse me or send a replacement. I get that there isn’t a way to verify I’m not lying but I have purchased many times from wool and the gang and am not the kind of human that would do fraud. So it’s very frustrating and because you send using the horrible post office that loses and steals things, I have no recourse. It is very frustrating.

It wasn't clear in the description what thickness the yarn would be. I opted for the red colour but when it arrived it looked more like a rusty dark orange than the bright red I was expecting.

As a complete beginner, I'm thrilled to be making a project as ambitious and practical as a sweater! It's a very simple pattern, and the yarn is absolutely gorgeous - soft and easy to work with. The instructions are easy to follow and I feel supported by the video tutorials. I'm having so much fun making something I will definitely wear.

Lovely wool although this is sold as an absolute beginner’s project and the wool is quite fluffy so its sometimes hard to see/rectify any mistake as a novice! Otherwise lovely product.

I will tell anyone who is willing to listen how awesome and approachable this pattern and general experience is. I honestly never thought I could knit until I impulsively bought this kit from Wool and the Gang and now... I fancy myself a knitter! Hats off to making knitting accessible. And fueling my sweater obsession.

Great starter kit for knitting a jumper. The knitting needles are good quality, and pattern is really easy to follow, as are the video tutorials. I was a total beginner and picked it up really quickly. Yarn is good, but not 100% wool (23% nylon) so I would get a different wool next time.
