I simply requested they send me 1 or 2 buttons for their ladies Lambswool crew neck cardigan-as I lost 2 buttons on second time wearing it. Maybe because these buttons are small metal ones- a bit heavy- also not well stitched on - as buttons falling off after 2 or 3 times wear & has been an ongoing problem with their wool knitwear- occasionally they send a spare buttonwith new orders -but not always- Today- their overseas customer service- were not helpful at all. Disappointing , … especially when I have spent £thousands of £’s on Woolovers garments, & 6 years ago, they were much more helpful when their customer service were in the U.K.

I have spent a lot of money with this…

I have spent a lot of money with this company over the years. There have been problems with delivery sizing etc.in the past. My last order of more than £400 made me realise the quality of their cashmere/wool jumpers and in particular lambswool has worsened over the past five years. The lambswool polo neck washed carefully by hand shrunk by at least two sizes. The other jumpers lost around one size. They offer to test it in their lab so obviously don't believe their customers when one let's them know there is a problem. I suspect a change of supplier. The choice is dry cleaning at £3.95 a jumper or even with really careful handwashing roughly a jumper will last for five washes max.. When you have a problem they are unhelpful. It would have been one star but early purchases were acceptable.

Great buy!

I just recently ordered a wool cardigan from this store it fit perfectly and I was not disappointed in the least I had to wait a while because it was an international order but no regrets, the material is high quality and they are a company that seems to run a very reputable business I would definitely order from them again because of the great quality and great fit.

Customer Service: Simply Awful / Still do not have my order. Ordered 12/12/15 Guaranteed for 12/25. Just awful service and they have over $500 from. Family gone. Customer Service non-existent.

This should be a Case Study for "Customer Service" nightmare.

They don't track the packages on Standard mail. And they chose to break my order of eighteen scarves and five sweaters into FOUR different bags.
I ordered on 12/12/15 - guaranteed to arrive before 12/25.
I was also supposed to receive a 20%dicount on All Lamswool, which took me to long Live Chats with Jake which yielded nothing.

Holiday and family have come and gone.
I received FOUR of the scarves, which they love, and the rest have nothing but Woolovers apologies that they do not track packages so they can't help me.

Oh, and it took two long Live Chays, two surveys, and eight emails to receive the 20% discount. Here's the kicker. They sent me an email advising me of the one day discount.

Not Worth the money after Duty paid

We have ordered from Woolovers on a few occasions from Canada. So disappointed this latest order because we had to also pay $75.00 CAD duty to get the sweaters. These sweaters are too expense to buy now we have to pay the duty. Previous declarations described as gift but this time they never did that and should have warned the consumer. Be careful when ordering from overseas.

Price, quality, timely, wonderful!

I looked all over for the type of sweater I bought from Woolovers. I tried to source locally and could not find my coveted sweater. I had wanted a fisherman's cabled sweater that was 100% wool. I was willing to go quite high in price. I knit so I did not want to spend a fortune on a hand knit piece but I did want a high quality wool sweater.
Then I found Woolover on line. I am not all that keen on taking a risk buying something so personal on-line. Yet, the images, write up about the company, and the choices helped me choose to follow through.
THEN my sweater(s) arrived!!!! I am beyond thrilled that I made the decision to buy not only the sweater I wanted but one that looked just like one I had as kid that my mom knit (the Nordic fisherman's) as well as the recommended wool wash.
The sweaters have a lovely feel and hand, a great fit (recommended to buy one size smaller than usual, took that advice), and super finish (tags, seams). I adore my turtleneck fisherman's sweater. Have received compliments each time I have worn it (I am a sweater slut and wear some kind of sweater almost daily once the temp drops almost everyday). The muted green colour is perfect on me.
Thank you for making such a lovely product, priced very reasonably, shipped with care, and with such complete product care literature.
Oh, as well. I made an error in my mailing address and the on-line support people got back to me immediately. This reduced any stress of risk of buying on line. Help me trust the process before I even received my products.
Thank you

Would have loved it, if it would have arrived!

I love wool, so I was really looking forward to receiving my order. It never arrived. The resolution process has been slow and painful. I had to wait a couple of days before even hearing back from someone. Now I am waiting to receive a "form" so that we can proceed with replacement or a refund. All in all, I am sad to say I am very disappointed; firstly with not receiving the order, but also with the poor communication.

Great Service

Sweaters were beautiful and delivery to Canada was very good. However order according to the size chart given and not the reviews as I did. Sweater is a bit snug for me. Have reordered several more for family and a bigger size for me.

Great quality wool, not entirely satisfied with the finished product though

Received my sweater last week, haven't worn it yet. The wool is soft and it looks to be great quality but once I tried it on there were two 'flaps' down near the waist that stuck out and made the sweater look utterly ridiculous. I had a few experience seamstresses look at it to determine if it could be altered as its unwearable the way it arrived. Their only thought was that during the packaging process it was stretched to be folded a certain way and suggested to wash it and 'scrunch' the waist up during the drying process. It's possible they will shrink and I will be able to use it. Haven't gotten around to it yet as I am pretty turned off by the whole experience. I'd expect better for the price and the reviews I read on their website.

Have Not Received Product Yet

I have generally liked the products I have received from Woolovers.
The quality is good. I wish duty was included in the price before ordering. This is the longest I have waited for a product to arrive. I ordered it 3 1/2 weeks ago.

Great sweaters!

This spring and summer I've bought a bunch of the granddad shirts & Henley shirts - they're wonderful for warmish days - they breathe and yet my arms can be covered comfortably. They arrived quickly.

I have but one complaint: I have to remove the label at the back of the neck because it scratches - and it's so well sewn on that I have ended up with at least one nick in the knit fabric when I've removed it. Maybe printed labels on the garment? Or labels less well sewn on?

Great service and good products.

Sweaters and blouses are of great quality and prices are very reasonable.
It takes quite a while to arrive, but it is worth the wait.
From Canada , I could order and have the items ship to Belgium to my mom...
Employees are friendly and very helpful.
