I like the sweaters, but even after contacting the online help to try and get the right size, they were still a bit smaller than the stated size. I like the quality however.
But the main problem was having to pay import taxes of over $50 on an order of around $100. The website seemed to suggest that I would not have to pay these - so it was a real shock.

I have regularly purchased for myself and friends over the past few years.
I prefer the cropped or regular length for myself as I am a small petite ladies fit.
I have also purchased large in the unisex products for male friends with great satisfaction.
The online shopping is convenient and safe. The staff are attentive and knowledgable, readily available by phone or chat line. The sizing information is listed with all garments.

This is the first time I ordered from you all and I was skeptical due to the international shipping... I thought it would cost me more for duties as well as the risk of loosing track of my order. I went ahead and placed my order and when I asked for tracking, I was abit disappointed to hear that you don't provide those. Made me nervous about my my order however it arrived th week after as promised. The cardigans were wonderful and in the end I was very happy with both product and service.

It is the third time that I order from Woolovers and the service is always perfect, the delivery is fast, the products are good and I am very satisfied. Woolovers is an excellent company with excellent products and service.

Quick response from Woolovers — even an overseas phone call (to Canada) asking whether I was having a problem with the website when I delayed ordering because something else demanded my attention. Two-week shipping to Canada. Cashmere-cotton sweaters were as expected, including size. (Haven't washed/dried them yet, though.)

I purchased 3 items from Woolovers and am very pleased with all of them. Very fast international delivery and excellent quality clothing. I think the sizing may be a bit generous... I was nervous about ordering a small but everything fits well. I will definitely order from here again!

Have no fear! Buy with confidence - I've made several purchases (cold Canadian winters demand good woollies!), and I've never been disappointed. The sizing is as advertised, and the shipping is uber-quick and reasonably priced. Speaking of prices, that's what first drew me to Woolovers, price - and the PayPal option - that alone gave me the confidence to make my initial purchase.

I have received many compliments on my sweaters, and have recommended Woolovers to others. Can't think of anything that I would change, this is the way good business operate; great quality at reasonable prices and prompt customer service!

I ordered two wool cardigans and they are my instant favourite new sweaters. I love the style, the fit is great - simply followed the website's sizing instructions - and the quality is high! I believe these items are designed and manufactured in the UK - which is a big selling point for me.

I received my order and I love it.

I am fairly athletic, and have broad shoulders and a thin waist. Most other clothing companies market to fat Americans with pot bellies, so their shirts flare out like a dress at the waist. When I wear American clothing, it looks funny and doesn't fit so I don't buy it anymore.

Woolovers clothing fits my athletic physique perfectly. I am thrilled that it fits my waist, it fits my body perfectly. I wouldn't change a thing, they have true perfection going right now.

Purchased 2 scarves recently and I am very satisfied with the purchase for great quality, colour, price as advertised. The length is exceptional and just great to wear outside in the elements during our cold Canadian winters.
I already have purchased 4 sweaters over the past18 months. You just can't go wrong buying woolens from Woolovers.

I was amazed by the quality of Wool Overs' products ! I was a bit anxious ordering so many items without a try, but the fits are great, and true to the sizing guide. Customer services (the online chat notably !), and shipping went way beyond my expectations.

I have ordered five sweaters of various styles and love everyone of them. I generally wear a size 12 Canadian so the ladies styles are perfect in a medium size; the ladies button front vests are perfect in a large size so when I where it over a shirt the buttons do not gape. I have ordered a couple of unisex sweaters in medium that are very generous; next time I recommend ordering any unisex styles it will be one size smaller.

The customer services goes above and beyond and delivery was excellent considering they ship from the UK.

I cannot buy sweaters of this quality anywhere for prices as great as these. I will definitely be purchasing more and have recommended Woolovers to all my friends and coworkers.

Goods arrived in 2 weeks.This is certainly an acceptable time frame for Canada.
I ordered 2 sleeveless vests. The colours are great. However, the zippers are of poor quality.
The sizing is a problem. Generous to say the least !

Products, measurements / sizes, colours etc exactly as described on the website.( Read the measurements carefully as medium is bigger than normal North American sizes. But the measurements in inches specified on the website are exactly as shown) Good quality and prices. You can buy with confidence from this website. I have bought 14 sweaters of varying types including wool, cotton and cashmere over the last year and have been happy with all of them. I have followed the care instructions on the labels and everything continues to look great .

Shipping takes 10 days, sometimes more to Canada, but is reliable and compares favourably to expensive fast shipping options you see elsewhere.

As an avid online shopper this has become one of my "go to" websites, especially at sale time !
