Fantastic Service

I recentley ordered a desk top pc having 1st spoken to a really nice lady on the phone who confirmed that it was in stock and I would receive it within 7 days and imagine my surprise when two days later I received a text message to say it was on the way.
Delivered in perfect condition, one very happy customer

Poor customer service, bad website

I have had the worst experience when using the woolworths website. I paid by paypal via their rubbish website and the order did not go through even though they had the money, when I contacted their so called customer service I was told that they don't take paypal! really?! I will now have to wait ages to get my money back as they apparently had not received it, according to paypal they had! I know who I believe! Did not receive an apology or anything that even acknowledge my complaint, very poor!

Not customer focused or reliable!

I ordered a laptop from Woolworths a couple of weeks ago and I received an email stating it had been dispatched with Yodel and would be with me within the next few days.. 8 Days went by with no delivery and when I contacted Woolworths they told me they would investigate even though the money had come out of my account and I told them it was a birthday present and it should have been here by now they wasn't worried and told me to simply wait.

Every time I have ever experienced this problem with missing parcels the provoking company ALWAYS sends out a replacement whilst they investigate the issue but Woolworths simple leave you with nothing to show for and no promise of support.

To add to the bad customer service whilst on the phone with the operator I asked politely if I could speak to a supervisor or manager because I wasn't getting straight answers and I waited for 10 minutes on the phone only to be greeted by the same operator giving me silly excuses and not telling me I couldn't speak with them.

I will never use Woolworths again very, very awful customer service.

worst thing you can experience

I went to the site for the first time asked me for creating account and offered me 1000£ credit. after two days ordered a Xbox one with controller on BNPL next day it was order on progress till afternoon then after that order declined, and account says 0 credit available.
called them up put on hold for long time and then said relevant department close.. customer service like people are paid less then minimum wedges. they are not serious on their job.

Bad delivery service and terrible customer service

I placed an order for 6 items for birthday presents for my daughter. My delivery arrived with 1 item in it but the delivery note had all of the items on it. I called an was told it would take a few days to look into and they would get back to me. I then received an email asking to explain again what had happened. The outcome was that my order was cancelled and if I wanted the items I would have to start the order from scratch which I didn't have time to do. I asked if this could be done for me and told ,no. All of the emails were from Very and at the bottom of the email it said £10 off order if they had not delivered the correct items. When I asked about this I was told this was only for Very customers not Woolworths! I won't be using Woolworths again!! Very disappointing!

Absolutely disgusted with service!

You offer a product on line as in stock, once ordered I had an expected delivery date of 5 days, 5 days passed and nothing. Logged onto my account to see the item was now out of stock and not due for delivery untill 4 weeks after I ordered product! I had to find this information out myself and then made a complaint as I had ordered this product for my daughters birthday ( in plenty of time). It did not arrive in time in fact 2 weeks later, I still was charged delivery and the money was taken from my card
Immediately, so you had my money for 4 weeks and I had no product! I also got no Help on complaining! Disgusted and

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Still waiting for my refund a month later. Have had every excuse going as to why they can't refund my money. Don't be fooled by the name woolworths this is not the actual company you are buying from. It is shop direct who are using the woolworths name to scam customers. BEWARE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

LOVE THIS STORE.

I love this store because iv never had any problems with any of the products. The descriptions have all matched any items I have purchased. Although I think some stuff are over priced on certain items I'd be interested in but they always have a huge sale or clearance items which are priced great so it does make up for it.

Excellent!!

I ordered from Woolworths web site late in the evening - my order was delivered the following lunch time. No extra charge for speedy delivery like some web sites charge! And the item was sold at a very competitive price! Will certainly shop with Woolworths again!

bad customer services

I have never experienced such a bad customer services in any other place, quick review to what happened, order a pc worth £ 900 which was available after 1 MONTH. The pc came damaged And they did not replace it. Thry asked me to wait another MONTH to get a new one. I found it extremelly disrespectful so I refunded it and bought with HP as the pc is 100 cheaper and excellent customer services :)
so do not buy in woolworth as it is bad...

Poor customer service

I received my new divan bed. It arrived with a damaged drawer and it was missing parts. The only way to contact customer services is via email and each time I emailed I had to repeat the whole situation every time. I was promised the missing parts in 7-10 days. It is now day 13 and still nothing has arrived. Woolworths would benefit greatly from a helpline that allows customers to talk to an actual human.

awful company with incompetent staff!!!!

Placed an order on the 2/10 and after realising it wasn't going to be delivered in time for the party rang and cancelled it on the 5th. On the 10th I rang again when the refund had not been given to be told it was never cancelled and they would do it. Rang again on the 13th to be told again it wasn't done and they would do it and process my refund whilst on the phone. Rang on the 18th to be told it still had not been cancelled bearing in mind my postage and packaging was refunded on the 10th. Rang on the 23rd as still no refund and was told it was to late to cancel it now and they would have to process a cancellation through the warehouse and I could not have my refund until it was agreed. Wrote a letter of complaint to be told the money would be refunded by the 28th. Today is the 28th and still no refund. I have rang yet again to be told it will be in my account in the morning and within 5 minutes of that conversation was told by the manager it would have to be claimed via PayPal so could take a while. The staff of this company have no idea what they are doing and I wouldn't recommend buying anything if you think you may need to return for a refund cause you will never get it. I have spent a lot of time and money on endless phone calls to have got no where. I will be seeking compensation from such a shambles of a company but I will certainly never order from this company ever again. I've never known anything like it. I would give no stars if it was an option

Fantastic service, highly recommend.

Ordered complete new living room furniture which was over £100 cheaper for exactly the same products elsewhere. Was given an estimated delivery of within 12 weeks which was fine as some items were awaiting stock. Was thrilled when everything was delivered within 4 weeks. Excellent service all round. Will definitely be ordering again. :-).

Bad experience, still chasing my money back

Ordered nearly £400 of bedroom furniture in August 2014. Hadn't heard anything the day before the scheduled delivery date so phoned to chase.

Was advised the transaction hadn't gone through (the debit card payment came out of my account on 24th August) and I would have to input the order again and wait a further month for delivery. Requested my money back and was told that the refunds were being processed the next day. I took their word for it and bought new furniture elsewhere.

Received my September bank statement yesterday. The refund still hasn't gone through, and I have gone overdrawn and had charges applied. I have phoned and emailed and am still chasing my money.
Very unimpressed.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
