Personeel ( Ad ) has really helped us well and give has a lot of advise which couch we should get and every details how to keep our couch in good condition.

Ordered the dinning set and bed in April, today I asked them to schedule my delivery as it was discussed in the store that I need to request it 3 weeks in advance but the lady on call said it cannot be delivered before end of August and also mentioned that the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount in a very rude tone. I am not stuck with a purchase which will be delivered late and because of this experience I don’t feel exited about it.
So if you plan to buy from them be aware that before and after purchase experience can be very different.
They try their best to get you to buy the furniture but later you will get a very disappointing customer service.

I was not sure what I was looking for and it was my first experience in NL buying a bank, Ad the filial worker, help us in a great way and look for the best price. I’m expressly satisfy with the product and the service.

We have visited the store and it was very good as of now. I would wait for the delivery and the products to see the actual reliability.Stevie

This is my second purchase from this sofa shop, and once again I had a great experience. Alex provided excellent customer service and made the whole process easy and pleasant. High-quality sofas and reliable service—I would definitely recommend them.

Alex was very helpful and patient. We bought a couch for our new home, he tried to give an additional discount and also arranged that they keep the couch in the store until we were able to move in to a new house. Very good experience overall. It was not a first time we were in this store.

Don't buy from any of there stores.. There items are way over priced. And there customer service is the worst in sales history.. I ordered a bed with a memory Topper. They delivered months later a cheaper topper.. When I asked it should be replaced. Customer serviced said I had signed the receipt, so there's nothing they can do, as if I can't trust the silly sales man to do the decent thing and write my order correctly.. Now I'm stuck with a €530 topper I can use..

Everything was great from the cake to showing us around the sofas. We had a great deal and happy with the outcome. Ad was extremely helpful and patient with us.

Purchased a sofa and it took us long time to decide on colour, material and sofa Style.

We bought Rosario 3 + 2 with electric reclining. At the time of booking, the store and employees praised the sofa and showed everything and even guaranteed that if there is a problem during warranty period, it will be solved asap. The sofa was delivered in 2 weeks because they had it in stock and the reclining was defective in 1 set. I requested replacement since it was not even 1 day old and now the asap help is 2 months wait for a specialist appointment and they will try to fix it but no replacement even if the sofa is under warranty. While talking to customer support, they yell and misbehave on call. I would realy urge people not to buy furniture from Woonsquare.

I had a very bad experience with this shop. The sales person said that the delivery time is 12 weeks but then she wrote 20 weeks in the agreement without informing me.
I was deceived and now I can't cancel the order because they will charge me 50% of the couch price.
The customer service was very rude and said that he doesn't care what the sales person said and in their system it says 20 weeks.
It has been 23 weeks since I bought the couch and still I didn't receive it. I felt frustrated because everytime I talk to the customer service they keep on saying the same thing over and over again (we can't help you because the delay is still within an acceptable period).

Worst shop ever, I bought a couch and the delivery was 6 weeks later than what they said. Everytime I call to ask about it, they say that they don't have information and don't know when it will be ready.
After it was finally ready I asked for some discount as a compensation for the delay, the customer service person was rude and claimed that the delay was acceptable (even though it was much longer than what we agreed on).

I recently purchased a sofa from Woonsquare and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered:

Disappointing Quality: I was excited about my new sofa, but upon arrival, the quality fell short of expectations. The brand new sofa had mark on it. This is especially concerning considering the price point of Woonsquare furniture.

Unacceptable Delivery Delays: The promised delivery timeframe for my sofa was 6 weeks. However, it took 6 months to arrive, with minimal communication from Woonsquare regarding the delay. This left me frustrated and inconvenienced.

Unhelpful Customer Service: When I attempted to contact customer service about the delayed delivery and my concerns about the quality, I found them to be dismissive, unhelpful & slow to respond. This lack of care for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

Overall, my experience with Woonsquare was a disappointment. Based on the low quality of the product, extended delivery times, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend them to others.

We ordered furnitures like dinning table and dressoir. We found that the furnitures are visibly broken where the legs need to be installed and the transport/delivery guys tried to fix something and later informed that to get an appointment for fixing the legs with the store. When I called customer service the lady was responding so rudely but they did schedule an appointment to fix it after almost 6 weeks and I am sitting on the broken furniture since it was delivered in early Jan.

I advise to check the condition of the furnitures you wanted to buy which is displayed in this showroom and never blindly trust them.

I have a very poor experience at woonsquare. I have written 4 email to customer services but they are not responding.
