Woonsquare - Nieuwegein Reviews 

I am going through a very bad customer experience in terms of delivery delays for my order with Woonsquare. The reason I am writing this review is out of my frustration from not getting a proper planning of delivery of my order. We were being told of 7-8 weeks when we made the order. Around end of June, I was told that it would be around mid July or end July. There was no call or followup from them around mid-July. When I called, I got a standard response that I will get a call when they hear from their supplier. After a lot of struggle, I was able to speak to someone senior - who gave us a date of 3rd August. Today is the 3rd Aug. I just got off from the phone where I was just disconnected without a proper date or even admission that the order is delayed. I kept requesting to transfer me to a responsible person but I was just disconnected. I would suggest future potential buyers to stay away from WoonSquare and save some trouble.

The sale was professional (kudos to Andrea). Great upselling skills while being professional and giving us space. Delivery time was 2.5 months which was ok for such an amazing sofa. I was worried about the delivery since I heard so many negative reviews but the delivery guys wrapped the sofa perfectly and delivered it with no scratches. The star of everything however was the sofa itself! Gorgeous!

We've ordered a couch from Woon square in April 2022. While buying the couch we were told that it would arrive end of July beginning of August. We were going to use it in our new house, and decided to move in mid August given the information about the couch.

we were happy to find a comfortable sofa, but things turned a bit bitter as the delivery time was getting closer. I've called them at the end of July to learn when we'd receive the sofa and I was told that it wouldn't arrive before September, they also didn't know when it'd come... Even worse, I learned that our delivery date was set as beginning of September instead of August, as we didn't read the contract well, we happened to sign it as is... (Long live "accepting the license agreement" habit!)

Anyways, we moved to our new house without a sofa and started to sit on chairs. As a WFH person it impacted me a lot. I started to have constant back pain...

Anyways, it was mid September and we still didn't receive the item. We called them and they mentioned that it'd arrive soon.

Then October came, I called them around one week before writing this review, mentioned all these issues. Also mentioned the worse part, we neither get any communication nor a temporary replacement etc. I told them that I've been facing with heavy back pain problems and asked as a responsible company which is caring about its customers, they'd do something to fix this issue. I asked them to compensate the problems they caused and they rejected it immediately. I insisted them to understand that this is not an acceptable experience but still nothing changed.

In the end, after ~6 months I'm expecting to reach my sofa soon. But, unfortunately, this wasn't the attitude I was looking for when I was shopping at Woonsquare.

I found the experience with Woonsquare extremely dissatisfying . We bought a new apartment in Utrecht and we went to Woonsquare to purchase furnitures based on only paper drawing of our apartment . We bought the standard complete interior collection glenwood . However when the furnitures came , the center table was too big for our living room . We called Woonsquare immediately and requested if the center table can be replaced with another smaller table. They did not take a second to say it is not possible .They further claimed that they customized the furniture as per our need but the complete interior furniture we chose was not customized but was a standard set. I didn’t ask for money but only exchange for a smaller table and they bluntly refused . Hence I would really request you all to be very careful if you are buying furniture from Woonsquare .
