Andy at Woosh Bikes has been super-helpful with conversions of 2 'Dawes Kingpin' bikes (circa 1970) and an 'F Frame Moulton" bike (circa 1965). Huge battery range and discreetly mounted. Will be appro... See more

Good Customer Care
I purchased a 20" woosh bike front hub drive for my bike which didn't work out.
I returned the wheel and was refunded immediately with a £20 deduction for dpd collection no quarrel or difficulties. So, rare these days, a company with good customer care safe to purchase from!

Brought a whoosh faro in 2020 put in over 1000 miles on it broke the freewheel last week.
Woosh diagnosed the fault and sent me a freewheel for £20 which turned the day after I ordered it.
Excellent straight fed customer service.
Excellent fitting of a Woosh centre…
Excellent fitting of a Woosh centre drive motor kit by Dan at Brampton bikes Kettering. Definitely recommend centre drive for range and hill climbing. Bike has 9 speed Sram\Sachs hub gears. With reasonable use of power (hills only) 80 miles plus is safe for planning. I can also keep my front hub dynamo.

Bought a santana from woosh bikes and i am very happy with it. It comes supplied with lights and mudguards so it's ready for the road. The battery is reliable and goes on for at least 35 miles. Could do more if i worked harder! Cant fault the bike for the price :)
Got a Rambla to replace my Kreiger two…
Got a Rambla to replace my Kreiger two weeks ago. What a difference. Went for a 30 mile ride and didn't need to use the motor for the first 15 miles! Actually rides like a top-of-the line road bike. Only eight gears but the front chainwheel is of the medium size (compared to the Kreiger's large size). It's only 2 kilograms lighter than the Kreiger but it just feels a lot lighter and easier to ride. Switched on the motor for the ride home and woosh! It really has a more powerful motor and although the projected range is 45 miles (compared to the Kreiger's 55 mile range), this can easily be extended by not using the motor. There is a lock-out on the forks which also helps to extend the range. The hydraulic disc brakes are fantastic, the rear rack is fantastic, the cushioned handlebar grips mean you really don't need to wear gloves. The saddle is comfy. The LCD display is big and very easy to read. I was thinking of getting the Dutch Van Moof but I am so glad I didn't. The Rambla is over £400 cheaper and is much better for climbing hills as it is crank-driven, not hub driven like the Van Moof. I've decided to keep the Kreiger because even after five years of use it still has plenty of charge left in its battery.

I received my Rambletta in November 2020. I received very courteous service from Woosh. Have now ridden it over 100 miles and it’s great. Good quality components, fast, powerful and excellent battery life. Great folder for the money.

A Breath of Fresh Air
Dealing with and buying from Woosh is a breath of fresh air, like riding my new Santana 3. Not many companies can achieve top marks on Trust Pilot , but so far Woosh has, why, well it’s there mixture of a great business model, excellent customer service and great products.
I have had an electric bike for 10 years, and decided that it was time to upgrade. At 74 I asked various companies what is the most suitable bike for general pleasure riding. Some replied, some didn’t. Tony from Woosh was the most helpful, not pushing his bikes but offering genuine advice.
I decided that it was to be a Santana 3, and spoke to Hattie who guided me through their buying procedure, ensuring I really wanted this particular bike.
I was telephoned by Hattie to advise the dispatch of my bike for next day delivery, to double check I could accept the delivery.
My bike arrived early next day, well packaged and in good order.
Very simple to put a few things together and check the bike all over as per the brilliant manual included with the bike. All necessary tools supplied.
I have now completed my first 50 miles, the bike is perfect and I am a very happy client of Woosh bikes.
I have no hesitation in recommending Woosh bikes of Southend.
Second kit just fitted
Just bought and fitted my second kit. The first was a crank drive and the second a hub drive. Both excellent in their own way
Woosh are friendly, very knowledgeable and always helpful.
E bikes are fantastic and after fitting these kits it is really hard not to grin from ear to ear when riding.
If you like biking but find hills and headwinds increasingly difficult, just fit a 250w brushless motor from these guys and all the joys come back.
Brilliant.
Woosh bikes
Woosh bikes, had 2 different bikes off them now, first a folder and now the Santana model. 4 bikes in total for me and wife, cant fault the service from them, had a small problem with a Santana during this crisis, emailed them and got an answer within minutes, great service all round Thanks to Woosh Mark
Great value ebike. Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended
Excellent service, knowledgable staff, very well packed and rapid delivery. Can’t fault the company in any way. Highly recommended
I decided the time was right to buy an electric bike so started looking. I saw one I really liked (on eBay ) but I needed to contact Woosh as I needed a different saddle (I’m quite short). I’m so glad I did as the bike I was going to purchase would have been way to big for me. Hatti was so friendly and knowledgeable and she recommended I purchase a Santana 3 instead of the Crusa I was looking at. It was a fair bit more expensive but much better value as it was better made.
I’ve had it a week and it’s really excellent. Very fast on full power...
great service and kit
Just bought and fitted a 250 watt rear hub kit with 48 volt battery from Woosh.
Great advice from Tony, pointed me in the direction of the most appropriate kit then advised during the installation.
Good quality kit, everything you need in there, with easy to follow instructions.
Surprisingly powerful, it powered our tandem( and shopping) up a pretty steep hill today without difficulty.
It’s a good price too, £160.00 cheaper than a rivals kit.
Good company to buy from.
Top customer care and respond very quickly to emails. Bought an electric bike off them and they have always been helpful even after warranty expired. Recommended.

I've dealt with Woosh Bikes several times now and I have to say they're always a pleasure to deal with. They've supported me well with the bike I bought from them over three years ago! Always good communication and everything is dealt with in a timely manner. They make me want to buy another bike from them!
Thank you!
Happy with Woosh Bikes
I chose Woosh Bikes to supply me with an ebike conversion kit. I had never done this kind of project before, and had lots of questions, even though I’ve been a keen cyclist for years. I had read good things about WB on ebike forums, so I contacted them. Tony at WB is extremely responsive and helpful, and clearly knows his stuff. Emails are always answered promptly. I wanted something that was totally road-legal, and he recommended a kit that would work with my bike. The price was sensible. I’ve just done the conversion, but so far, it all works well, and Tony quickly solved a couple of aftermarket questions I had. The bike has had a new lease of life!
