bad service

they put me on a course they gave me the wrong classes their communication is bad and they cut off payments their services are so useless I don't know what to say they need to get a grip and fix their shit they only take care of people that benefits them they only look after the immigrants and not the people that have permanent residents

2 hour wait not matter what time you…

2 hour wait not matter what time you call them. I called them 1 second after opening and still 2 hours. call them halfway through the day - 2 hour wait. At least get a service where you can input a phone number and they call you back? thats insane. No one is going to wait 2 hours.

I had great assistance from Silvana at…

I had great assistance from Silvana at the Taylors Lakes office in getting me into training for a position which i was successful in obtaining.
Silvana was always there for me followong up and ensuring things got done.
I had been out of work for a year, Solvana helped me turn my life around and now my future is secure, i can't thank her enough for her professinolism and caring to ensure i cpuld get my life back in order.
Thanks so much Silvana.

Terrible phone system

Workforce's phone line system is terrible as is the National Customer Service line. No one has time to wait for more than 2 hours for a conversation with a real person. I cannot seem to get a proper answer even on email for my questions either.

If I could rate 0 stars I would

If I could rate 0 stars I would. 2 years ive been owed money for being sent to a couple jobs where I wasn't meant to be sent to. This is my legal right to be paid for being sent to work were no work is required. Tried again today and they say "I hope we paid you mate". After proving they didn't, they ignored me. They don't care because they know I won't take it to court because id loose more than I gain. Do not work for this company.

Workforce force Australia is an…

Workforce force Australia is an absolute absurd service. They are very slow at picking up the phone and they force you to do courses you have no interest in doing. They dont care about the way they treat you because they know we can't say anything otherwise they'll just put my payment on hold. VERY DISPLEASING SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY.

Staff - 5 stars, your SYSTEM and LACK of communication with centrelink - MINUS stars - The one star is for suzanne who helped me after i almost lost my new job!!!!!!! 5 hours of phone calls to fix a job plan that was frozen in the app - there is NO office location you can go to, i dont need a job provider i am very literate but they admitted the app is in error and froze it - several workarounds were done 3 hours on the phone - PLEASE NOTE GOVT ----- after just getting a job - workplaces wont put up with this downtime i am customer facing i dont have 4 HOURS to call you !!! i had to take leave to get this sorted ! please FIX your app!!! its RIDICULOUS - Centreline and Workforce DO NOT work together after 4 phone calls and 5 hours of lost time, almost losing a JOB! and a three hour wait someone from workforce FINALLY helped me - and none of it was something i had done! the minister for this department has ALOT to answer for quite frankly having them siloed like this is ridiculous in this digital day and age GET online chat function for Info tech and APP issues and Job plan ISSUES! on shore also resumes in Word format are you kidding - word is $113.00 year the dole is not much more than this are you going to pay ? your system wont accept pdf

Phone hold more than 1.5 hours

Been on hold over an hour as they approved a claim but the job plan won't load after four calls Centrelink can't help refer me to workforce wait times over a 1.5 hr wait still not through faceless organisation of hold music they are worse than any other govt organisation I've contacted and no office to get help as centrelink refer you back to them. Lodged formal complaint as trying to access a job plan and it's frozen and centrelink advised it not ticked off they may cut my pays which took four calls to fix. Almost lost my new job having to make all these phone calls they give you no other communication options they need online chat desperately for job plan issues or info Tech problems

Pathetic. Se**al Harassment

Pathetic. My complaint of sexual harassment at the Woolworths Group (Big W Geelong) went unheard despite numerous complaints to company and Worksafe Victoria. Reported to Victoria Police and Fair Work Ombudsmen.

Don't become Unemployed if you don't want to be treated like garbage…

This is the corrupt and discriminate job system that the unemployed have to work with in order to get a job and the way the system treats them is disgraceful. All job seekers have to look for their own jobs on line eg Seek, Jora, Indeed and the employment agencies do nothing. These mostly Arrogant and Dumb Employment Consultants don't listen to their clients or care whether or not you have an injury, they just want you to get a job so they can receive a big fat bonus. If you complain about your Employment Consultant or Job Provider nothing gets done about it but if the Employment Consultant complains about their client action is taken immediately and your payments are stopped. This system makes the job seeker score points for looking for jobs and doing other things like courses attending appointments etc and if you don't make your target you are penalized. Each jobseeker is allocated so much money from the Government to do training etc but when you try to do something the Employment Consultants try and talk you out of it so the money stays in their account. This system is Racist towards White People and if Aboriginal People were treated the same way as this system treats the Unemployed their would be an outcry and an investigation. The Unemployed are Bullied into doing sometimes worthless activities; Forced to sign jobplans that they sometimes don't agree with and are Threatened with having their payments stopped if they don't do what they are asked
