WCH have refused to refund me.
WCH have refused to refund me unless I close my PayPal dispute with them. This is the act of a scammer, as once I close the case, I have no control over if and when they refund me.
Avoid these people, they are only interested in your money. Not giving good service.

Great product selection, but very disappointing customer care.
I reached out for an update and only received a generic response with no real information or personal attention. Their website states they aim to refund within two working days, yet it has now been ten days with no refund and no meaningful update.
I like the idea of supporting independent businesses, but not at the expense of basic communication and customer care. This experience has unfortunately let them down.

I really like Working Class Heroes
I really like Working Class Heroes. There’s a nice not too big mix of quality heard wearing well made and interesting things. The last rucksack I bought has lasted 8 years and still going! But I treated myself to another this month and I love it. I also enjoyed the cheeky 50% off bonus and got a lovely wool hat. Sent fast, packed well. Highly recommend. Thankyou!

I was slightly worried that the trainers i had my eye on were cheaper here than anywhere else. But the end to end service was great. My trainers arrived quickly, are even more beautiful than the photo and I love them! Have already recommended WCH to friends

Very poor customer service and long wait for a refund
Returned a jumper and I only knew they received it on 12/2/26 as I used Royal Mail app to track it. I emailed days later to double check they had it as they had not emailed me notifying of this. I received a reply from an Ellysha Porter stating it is difficult for them to know if they have received individual items as they come in large bags with other orders. She advised to wait 7-10 working days for a refund. I received an email on 26/2/26 advising they have processed my refund but that it may take another 3 working days for it to reach my account. Still waiting for my refund. Very poor customer service not knowing where individual return items are and waiting this long for a refund. Not great for a website as big as Working Class Heroes.

Very long time to refund my money
My order came out nice and fast but the wheel fell off when i returned my item for a refund. It took the store 18 days to refund back to me card from the point my item arrived back with them. In this day and age 18 days is just way to long to pay my money back. I should have read the reviews on here beforehand. Even by working days they might hide behind it was still 14...
