Waste of time
Went first thing on a Saturday to buy a jacket which is listed in stock on their website, baring in mind I travelled from Manchester to Ulverston. Only to be told it’s in a warehouse which is locked? Complete was of time and petrol, cheers guys!

Good products but offer code would not work
The products were really good as always but I could not get the offer code to work on the deadline day of purchase - that chat bot was AI. I went ahead anyway hoping I could get the discount off a future purchase. But I didnt get any useful help off customer service afterwards. Maybe I am naive but this is where online shopping falls down.

Very disappointing
Looking to spend some money as the social media sites always looks new and updated.
My wife and I spent time in the shop unfolding items and quite obviously wanting to buy something. Staff ignored us and didn’t approach us once. There wasn’t much in store and the choice was nothing like the social media sites. We were lucky to get a goodbye as we left the shop. Very disappointed. Must do better guys. Will be spending my money in other outlets when I get back home.

My parcel never got delivered to my address or no address on my street, raised with workingclassheroes and they haven’t helped at all, Ellysha treated me horribly and was constricting herself in her emails. I have been scammed out of my product and the money I used to pay for it.
