I copped a pair of dumbbells. Right off the bat, they looked used, but I wasn't sure. After a closer look and seeing my hands were black as night from all the dirt, I knew I'd been ripped off. I've never been so screwed over in my life.

I bought a set of York Dumbbells from Workout For Less. The online experience was great - very smooth and easy to find what I was looking for. They communicated clearly about my order and I received the weights in very quick time. I will use again.

An excellent company. Easy to deal with , highly recommended.

Although my order arrived with a damaged case and a poorly manufactured bar, Ger in customer service promptly sorted out replacements.

I just want to thank Ger for sorting out the issue I had with their delivery partner, Evri (who were pretty poor). Ger took ownership in sorting this out with a different delivery partner.

I thought online shop would be difficult to contact seller etc but it wasn't much different to ebay so I gave it a 5 star

Bought an adidas utility bench and some York dumbbells. I had a query before buying the dumbbells - couldn’t decide on the best weight- and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Great prices, great products and quick delivery. Really pleased.

Having had an issue with my order,Ger Goulding was very prompt in responding to me and we resolver the issue very quickly.

Awful company to deal with had gym gloves fell apart refused to help me as it was past 30 days yet adidas state 2 years under workmanship they choose to ignore 30 days is for returns please read other reviews shows many customers having the same issues yet there not willing to help and blame the customer

Bought 7.5kg dumbbells. Arrived securely packaged and in mint condition. Had chosen express 1 day delivery, but due to a delay at Parcelforce's distribution hub arrived a day late. Workout For Less immediately refunded the 1 day shipping costs. Thanks.

Ordered an Adidas Pro Weight Bench (it was the cheapest on the net)
Monday (2000hrs) - placed order - email, order received.
Tuesday - order confirmed and despatched
Tuesday - Courier confirms receipt.
Wednesday (1100hrs) - order delivered.
Now that's service... cheers guys.

I don’t understand the negative reviews!! I ordered a set of weight plates , they cost slightly less than the manufacturers price ( I don’t know how they manage that) ! Workout for less kept me fully informed by email and the weights arrived three days later free of any postal charge. This is my first order from them and it will be my ‘go to’ site for future equipment….brilliant
P.s I found the same weights on eBay , second hand that were asking for a higher price 😂

Refused delivery within the UK. No prior notice. Just a refund without contacting first to even explain their decision.

Neglected to state that dumbells were, despite being only 6KG, were the size of clown-style dumbells more suited to a comedy sketch. The size was not stated anywhere on the description, nor was it mentioned about the size of them being far larger in bulk than anyone in their right mind would expect. For reference, I have some better quality 10KG weights that are smaller. The dumbells also have some kind of liquid inside that sloshes about, funnily enough, this also was not mentioned on the description. Poor quality item. Surely, with being fitness experts, they must have some idea about consumer expectations of the products they sell? When the issue was raised, they accepted a return but refused to provide a returns label by omitting to offer one, even when requested 3 times. To return it would cost me money, and why should I pay? Had the description been correct, I would not have bought them. One star for being forced to give at least one star. I might be tempted to remove my review if I receive a postage label.....

I ordered an exercise mat from this company and, I have to say, the service was second to none. They first contacted me because they’d noticed that my address was incomplete - my error, I have no doubt - and the house name was missing! ( I live in a small village with no street names, so the house name is absolutely critical.) The error was corrected within minutes and, from then, I was kept well informed of progress of my order which arrived in very quick time. Throughout the purchase, the customer service manager was polite and utterly helpful - it just felt like nothing was too difficult.

Zac Nearney is a fantastic approachable Personal trainer at exercise for less. I would highly recommend his circuit sessions on a Wednesday evening. Zac is very friendly and gives excellent advice on all areas relating to health and fitness. He also has excellent knowledge in nutrition if you also are looking for dietary tips.

I can't fault the great customer service I received after mistakenly ordering the wrong size. Customer service couldn't of been more understanding and helpful even outside of the return period. Will definitely be shopping here again.
