Delivery not good

I gave 4 Stars due to the fact I got an email from the delivery agent saying it would be delivered on Wednesday, then in the afternoon got another email say the driver had been delayed but it would be delivered on Wednesday. I was not delivered.
On Friday I got another email from the delivery agent saying it would be delivered on Friday, there was no apology for the non delivery on Wednesday or why it was not delivered on Thursday.
I was delivered on Friday.

Thank you for your review, I am really sorry to hear you had an issue with your delivery. Unfortunately once the orders are despatched the communication then comes direct from the the courier company we use. On this occasion it seems as though they have let you as our customer and us down.

The shirts are done very well and the…great but

The shirts are done very well and the embroidery is excellent
Just one moan I ordered 2xl because I’ve put a little more weight on. The shirts I brought from you last year was xl .the xl one are the same size as the 2xl I’m glade I didn’t stick to the same size as they would not have fitted me

WorkWear House have always been brilliant. We have ordered uniform from them for many years and they have always provided a great service (even noticing mistakes in my orders before I have!).
