I am using Waze for a long time
I have been using Waze for a long time and had always felt as though Waze was the best navigation app out there.
I found it to be very reliable and provided the best routes at all times.
However, more recently, I have noticed a negative change in the app - likely due to it now being owned by Google.
The app is no longer accurate and reliable. I found that it no longer provides the shortest and fastest routes. There are serious issues with the current app, such as providing a much longer route (at times 10 km longer) in order to save as little as 1 minute travel time. Additionally, I find that the app no longer updates current travel routes according to changing traffic conditions. At times, even when I change the route because of the bad traffic, Waze will try to direct me back to the original route with traffic. I am very disappointed by these changes as I had relied heavily on using Waze and I no longer can do that.

Waze recently change text color to blue on black background... Very difficult to read, what were they thinking? It's more dangerous, almost impossible to read with sunglasses on. For anyone who must wear prescription sunglasses to drive (millions of folks in Southern states), this is a non-starter. Sorry to see a previously good app make driving more dangerous (due to users having to remove glasses while driving to see the blue on black b/g text).
Waze is useless for traffic
Waze is useless for traffic. Never found it to help. Right now have not moved in 95s in Virginia for 3 hours! All you get on waze iss a long red line and people saying haven't moved.
Well Waze failed me
Well Waze failed me! Looking at a HUGE speeding ticket due to my idiotic trust for this app. DO NOT TRUST WAZE!!!
North Carolina drivers are unreliable.
Not enough people are using waze to…
Not enough people are using waze to make it valuable for detecting police. When it does announce police ahead, you've already seen them anyway. I think I may buy a radar detector instead.
Terrible
Terrible! They don't even bother reading your support request or have any other way to reach out to them after they delete your information from a password reset.
Sucks
Sucks. Cost me ayce crabs legs. Had to cross river 3 times to get to the ferry. Which I should never had to take necause I was already on the correct side of river. Very was closed. What a piece of shot.
Waiting on network
Have had Waze for three years and never had a problem until this year. Now it is always "Waiting on Network" and the routing goes crazy. It is useless for giving me any good directions. I have tried every suggestion that I can find to correct this problem, but nothing works. Reluctantly I will now go to Google maps.
instead of taking me directly to my…
instead of taking me directly to my destination it goes on a magical mystery tour in the wrong direction and has to be abandoned in favour or using road signs
Please add my address to your map

Been using Waze for almost 10 years
Been using Waze for almost 10 years. Recently I upgraded my phone and I misplaced my password tried to reset it. Was told after repeated attempts that I have to setup a new account s my account is not linked to an email even though in the past I received a reset password email
Customer service is very bad 👎👎👎👎 How come there is no other way to verify the owner of the account and how come in the past the account was linked to my email and now it’s not - very fishy and dissatisfactory replies from a lousy customer service
I love waze

In behalf of the victims of drunk…
In behalf of the victims of drunk drivers everywhere shame on you for helping drunk drivers avoid dwi checkpoints. You should be ashamed
Thanks for bringing back Zoom Lock.
After the January 2019 update, the option to lock zoom has been taken away. I understand that auto-zoom can be useful while routing, but when not routing it is an annoyance / distraction. 95% of the time I don't use routing. The app constantly zooms in, especially while driving in the city. On average, I have to hit zoom out every 10-15 seconds in the city if I want to see anything on the map beyond line-of-sight from my position. It is incessant, annoying and distracting. I cannot stand the app because of it and I won't be using it any longer unless it is fixed.
*UPDATE - February 13, 2019*
Zoom lock is back as of February 12 2019 update for iOS - Thank You! I can now enjoy the app once again.
I love your app but do not do away with Police reported ahead.
I love your app. If you stop reporting the police reported ahead notification I will uninstall your app. I am all for you not alerting drivers about DWI checkpoints but to not report police ahead I will definetley unistall your app. Drnking and driving no good but to report cops that a lot of the time are hidden I think is fair and ok!
Unreliable
For no reason it stops talking, so unreliable.
I would not recommend it
Does nothing for business and customer…
Does nothing for business and customer service is horrendous! Waste of money!
S**t...pop up ads..
S**t...pop up ads...all the time...bunch of fn sellouts...I would have done same, everyone wants more $.. do not download all you get is a voice, the ads replace the map...its worse than texting and driving because you have to delete ad while driving so you can see the map...good luck sellouts
I love Waze
I love Waze, but today it let me down for the first time.
I live in Toronto and asked the route to 754 Sheppard Avenue East. Waze took me to 4300 Sheppard Avenue East, about 10 kilometres away from my requested destination.
Waze, I hope you read this and correct your app.
Waze is bad for long trips
We used waze for all our trips around Europe, but the last few times it acted poorly. We where rerouted off the highway, on very bad roads, just because according to their estimates, the route was 5 min faster. It doesn’t take into consideration the driving experience, only the statistics-1-10 minutes early. In my opinion Google Maps is more trustworthy and the only missing piece is the speed control .
