This application do not work properly ,on more than one occasion it has taken me through a Clean Air Zone which is cost me £9 each time when it’s supposed to take you around the Clean Air Zone. It’s hit or miss sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t which is no good

I have been sat in a traffic jam on the M62 for 2 hours at the moment because the motorway is closed which the app new about over an 2 hours before I got stuck in the jam, telling me this was the quickest way. I could have driven up the M1 and gone through Leeds and taken the back roads quicker

GARBAGE. ASKS TO MANY IRRELLIVENT PERSONAL QUESTIONS. AND WONT SHOW YOU A ROUTE INDOORS, SO YOU HAVE TO GO SIT IN CAR OR DRIVE TO GET THIS CRAP TO WORK. AVOID IT LIKE COVID

What went wrong?
I used the original waze version in the USA, Australia and Europe and it was great, totally reliable and then an update, for the sake of an update, why? Have you gone MAD? Now it's rubbish! I strongly recommend if you are touring dump Waze go with Google, Garmin, Tom Tom or paper maps at least they will get you where you want to be.

Absolute garbage. I’ve lost count the number of times It take me to a closed road or a bridge that wasn’t finished and don’t try to use it on foot. You have better luck with Stevie Wonder giving you directions than this piece of garbage. It RARELY takes you on a direct or easiest route.

Terrible directions! Kept sending me through subdivisions full of stop signs and low speed limits.
Still can't figure out why I get voice directions some times and others it is silent no matter what I do.
I guess I will stick with my 20 year old Garmin.

This app just appears to get worse and worse. Today I tried to plan a simple route from A to B - it was like the Krypton Factor. They couldn't possibly have tested this with ordinary users. Some designer has experimented to come up with something original, unique and geeky. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

If there was a -5 starts I would rate this like many other companies that pushes “pride” down the peoples throats, making normal people angry and not using their services anymore, i’m going to start making my own flag for normality and start a propaganda to, oh and give Waze a 🖕🏻for shovelling abnormality in peoples faces

Clearly hiding through a screen without their real name and instead of helping being super rude and calling people stupid

What's the point in blocking users from consistent reporting when we come across many incidents everyday?? I drive 1.5 hrs to work minimum each day and see heaps of hazards to warn other road users. When I get blocked or a warning for reporting TOO MANY ROAD HAZARDS I switch the bloody thing off. Absolutely waste of time.

Took me on an alternative route that only got me way more delayed than I originally would have been. Not at all reliable

A frendly app that relys on user input to keep it upto date. However if you make to many reports (5+) it tells you of for mmaking too many. So dont report potholes that are less than 100m apart. They dont like the truth. Thank god there arnt crashes every 100m as you wont be allowd to report them.

Waze is rubbish,Was told not to use it .
Used Waze for my delivery driving job,Half way through my shift it kept freezing and froze my phone ,and ended up losing the delivery job .

Everyone I ask about Waze says it's a rubbish app

Used only Waze for more than 10 years. After the last update it acts completely crazy and is completely unreliable. It tries to make me turn into the freeway wall, constantly loses network connection, shows my car in the field without any roads instead of freeway. These are Just a couple of examples. 0*

It’s so awful! It’ll tell you you’ll arrive somewhere early you never do takes you the longest route, I have been stuck in traffic for so long and was suppose to anrrive at my destination at 8.00 now is telling me 830am and have experienced this for so long! Do not use this rubbish app! Avoid

Like many other successful outfits Waze has failed to listen to comments of bad experiences re alternative routes that are offered. The app can turn a one hour journey into 2 or more. Beware they really quite obviously don’t give a care, Why should they, all of us lemmings believe every direction they suggest!

Don’t sign up for waze business. I couldn’t figure out how to cancel so I suspended my account, only to find out they have still been charging me every month. Called and told them to suspend, but this has yet to happen. And there are no refund policies online, so I’m basically screwed. I still can’t cancel my account.

Waze doesn't appear to be doing anything about any of the multiple complaints about it on the Play Store. Big on making soothing noises and that's all. My particular beef is the speed recorder is obscured by drop down boxes and pop up boxes instead of being on top and in sight all the time. It would not be blocking any useful info rather than the overlarge turn arrow which take up half the screen. Police speed trap ahead and no sign of being able to read what your current speed is. Really Waze, you need to get out on the road more to test your app instead of telling yourselves how good you are at apps, truth is you're not! I use landscape so as not to obscure windscreen when driving.

Worst app for driving! Wasting time and fuel every time I use it, no matter traffic or not Waze will find the traffic for you! VERY BAD! DO NOT USE WAZE if U value your time and money.

Waze took us in Paris from east to west that took us hours. Never use Waze in Paris.
