I had to make a booking at the last minute and even though flights were advertised cheaper by the time you went through to book, the place had gone and only more expensive flights available. I was given 2 choices and booked the one that suited me best straight away. No messing, everything up front, easy payment via web. Barry was back on the phone every step and emails came through pretty much immediately.
Next time I wont leave it so late.

I would recomment World Bound Travel. They managed to sort my itinerary for my holiday to Australia. The agent got me a good deal with two great airlines Emirates and Qantas. This made travelling between multi cities stress free especially with two children. The stop overs were minimal .
I will surely use them again and recommend them

This is the second time I've used Worldbound and I was really pleased that Barry was able to come up with the flight I wanted when other online companies were promising, then backtracking on what was available. It's so reassuring to know that I can speak to him directly about any other issues that I might have regarding the travel arrangements.

Barry was good at listening to what I wanted on the long haul flight to Auckland. He searched for the best options and best prices. The thing I was really keen on was leg room and a two hour sttop over, time enough to walk, wash and have coffee. He achieved all these things and got me some excellent seats on Emirates.

I had no previous knowledge of these travel agents but my first enquiry was treated in such a friendly way that I decided to continue my booking with them. I felt that Barry really listened to me and tried hard to find a suitable flight but was willing to start again when I felt I should change my route. Once the details were settled the service was efficient and I would certainly consider using these travel agents again.

Hi ya i contacted various travel agents online,to find the best deal possible for my flight to Australia,Many of them had good prices,soe had travel dates i wanted,a few had stopovers i wanted,but WorldBound Travel was the only one to have all that i wanted,Their Agent i spoke to Barry found me the fares i wanted,the amount of stopover suitable for me,and the dates i wanted.so all in all i found the best deal with them.so if you need any help with either holiday or just flight plans go with these,i definetley recommend them .

I had been quoted a few fares and left messages for other people to get back to me and they never did (my flight was complicated one) Once |I got talking to Alex He discussed with me all options. The customer service couldn't be faulted at all. I also had specific requests which I forgot to mention until after I got my ticket and Alex sorted everything. Nothing was too much to ask. I have already given their number to family and friends as I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them first to anyone and it would save them so much hassle.

Having searched the web I called Worldbound ,really just for a chat about my intended trip to Australia.I spoke to a chap called Alex he was so well informed and helpful I ended up booking the flight there and then,having said that at no time did I feel he was pushing me.I have received all necessary paper work and visa's as promised.I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to friends and using them again myself.
