The service was 2nd to none, I feel as though Alex is an old pal, or a young one even !
I was online checking flight information for my trip to New Zealand in December, I filled in a few details at 10.15pm and Alex rang me at 9.15am the following day, I gave him my preferences and he sorted out my flights, transfers and hotels! He took away my headache and now I can get back to work and look forward to my holiday! Thanks Alex!

Having my travel plans explained to Barry he sorted out all the requirements we needed.
He went to great lenghts to find the best prices,and stayed in contact all the time.
We now have all our travel plans and are very pleased with the services we had.

Brilliant service
After being told our flights toThailand at christmas were cancelled,with very little notice, i couldnt fault the help and advice that Barry and his colleauges offered us.Everything was dealt with quickly and professionally.We now have equally good flights and we get two extra days holiday in Thailand.Nothing was too much bother for them

could have been better
Originally asked for Premium Economy but settled for economy as business class was too expensive. Weeks later found out via the airline that P.E was still available but only on 1 leg of trip. The sales dept were good in the end but I spent a lot of time getting there to what i originally asked for. The sales team need to communicate better with their ticketing section with customer's needs.

i was very impressed with service i recieved .there was always someone available to speak to.as soon as i said my name they knew who i was. staff were very pleasant to talk to and very courteous.all emails were there very quickly . i would have no reservations about refering this travel firm to any of my friends or family.definately a five star rating.

100% Excellent Service
I contacted Worldbound for flights from Manchester to Sydney Australia travelling on certain dates in January 2014 and April 2014. When I spoke to Barry MANDEL he endeavoured to get me flights for those specific dates but unfortunately the only flights available were at such cost that were way above my budget. However Barry persisted on my behalf and came up with an acceptable and viable solution finding me suitable flights even though I had to change my days of travel. Barry went in my opinion way above what one could be expected as he even stayed on working until way beyond the time that he should have gone home that evening. A first class service and I will certainly have no hesitation in recommending Worldbound.

World Class Service from Worldbound Travel
I needed to book some business class tickets to Australia in a hurry and no time to search the web for offers. I spoke to Barry at Worldbound Travel and he found me great flights and even better prices whilst I drove home from a meeting. When I got home he called me back just as promised and I booked the flights immediately. He has kept in touch since and I have recommended him to colleagues who are planning business and holidays to Asia and Australia. We are already talking about my next trip and he is working on the best day and time to fly for the best prices, first class service.

Excellent Personalised service
My wife and I planned a trip to Australia with dates that were very tight and more or less inflexible. Barry was really helpful and excellent in ensuring we got good times, a really good airline (well hopefully in Malaysia airline) and although the price was not cheap (due to the times of travel) however compared to other airlines it is a really good deal.
We now have our e-tickets and have been e-mailed and telephoned and kept updated throughout the process (Barry is still working on our actual seat reservations - which he will double check nearer the time when more have released - to try to get our preference). We have never used Worldbound before but will now do so for all our future travelling abroad and will have no hesitation in recommending them to others as we do you who read this review.

An enjoyable trip BUT it took too many phone calls to get it right.
Our main reason for travelling was a wedding in New Zealand & decided to stop off enroute in Cambodia, going out, and Thailand, on the return. Booked private tours in both Cambodia & Thailand & we stayed in good hotels, except for Regent Park in Phnom Penn which was NOT our booked & paid for hotel. On our tours in both Cambodia & Thailand we had very informative guides & we visited all the places we had booked. Our included meals were at very good resturants with lovely food & service. We had an enjoyable trip. We booked & paid on 8 January & I was still chasing correct documents in March which I found very unprofessional.

It was really unfortunate that one of your requested Hotels was not available during the dates of your stay, otherwise it would have been booked for you. This was communicated to you well before your trip & a suitable alternative Hotel of the same class was provided, to which you had agreed.
As we are primarily an online travel agency, all documents were emailed to you at least 3 weeks prior to your departure. We do NOT send any documents by regular mail. We made an exception for you by agreeing to send documents by Post, leading to the delays.
We are looking forward to making your next trip an even more successful one, which will leave you no cause for complaints, as so many of our other customers have witnessed and continue to rave about.

Quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable about my holiday requirements.
I went onto WorldBound Travel Ltd website as the flight I wanted to Oz was a good price. I spoke to Barry who was very helpful and seemed to give me all the time I needed. He did not rush me into a decision. I just need to arrange my Visa which he said he could do for me but at the time of booking I had spent enough! I will get back in touch with him.
As long as everything is booked perfectly when I arrive at Birmingham Airport on September 1st I will be 100% happy.
