This company were very helpful in identifying the part needed from a photograph after part supplied from online order was wrong. Supplied required OEM part number even though could not supply the part itself. Prompt refund on return of originally ordered part.

Parts are perfect and well packaged
Parts are perfect and well packaged. Pricing is good, which is important. Delivery a little slow as advertised as 1st Class, however the problem seems to be with getting the order ready and slow to leave the seller.
I'd still use this firm, as all else was well.

Great
Firstly, fantastic price. was nearly £70 cheaper than euro car parts. Secondly I needed to confirm it was the exact part I needed (not just an O2 sensor but a Air Fuel Ratio Sensor) and so I emailed to ask. This email was replied to within the hour.
Lastly, it was delivered 2 days early. I didn't need the part specifically quickly so a week or so's delivery was worth the £ saving in itself, but when it turned up after only 5 days that was the icing on the cake.
