Great selection of parts at reasonable price, parts seem to be decent quality & easy to find with oem part numbers however took 7 days for my order to be shipped, not ideal if you need parts urgently

Delivered in a branded box
I am giving this company a five star rating because the part I ordered did turn up albeit after about 8 days - which was two days earlier than they predicted, so OK, I wasn't in a rush. The part was branded and the box it came in was branded Febi Bilstein. The price was higher than others but after some research I found out that the four or five cheaper alternative websites, were in fact the same German company trading under different names. They all had the same website format and had the same low rating on trustpilot with a multitude of complaints of various sorts. So I paid extra to get the part from what I think is a British company that met its delivery promise. Price was £29 instead of £47ish from Mercedes.
Edit: originally Amazon didn’t show me the part number I required. I searched for a couple of hours. Searching again today, I found the part number immediately for £8:45, stocked and delivered from Amazon so presumably not fake. My take-away is search harder.

I have just taken a look and the listing for the item purchased showed that it would be shipped within 4 working days, and this was the case.
DHL tracking shows they attempted to deliver the item the day after we shipped, but delivery wasn't successful until the next day.
I do apologise that you are disappointed with the service, however am pleased the part is fitted and working well for you.

Very impressed
I was very impressed when I called World Car Parts. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and was able to sell me the parts I needed. Although it has not yet arrived - probably because of the recent strikes - I have no doubt it will be exactly what I wanted.
