Easy and simple to order, selection of gifts is amazing.

Thank you for the 4 stars despite delivery delays. This is certainly taking longer to reach you than it should normally but, having spoken with the courier, i'm assured it is nearly with you.
Customs fee's are a real pain since 'Brexit' but from 2023 I will have in place a system to collect taxes and checkout once again for all EU countries. This will make deliveries faster and avoid charges on import altogether.

Disappointing to see. Particularly as Stefano didn't get in touch to tell me items were damaged in transit which would have meant replacements sent straight away. Stefano also hasn't replied to my e-mails attempting to resolve this so... what can you do?! And with regard to customs declarations; everything is done properly with correct values declared. It is always the importers responsibility to ensure they understand tax implications where it is not collected at checkout. This is also detailed on my website, shipping policy and the order confirmation.
All in all, I feel this 1 star is more a reflection on the buyer than the exceptional level of service you would receive should you get in touch!!
