Till now have not received even a single mail from their side at least showing any updates regarding the process or anything. Don't go for this website. It feels like a scam.

Terrible customer service
We used the forecast from World Weather Online and it was wrong most of the time and a few degrees off. Also the customer service has been terrible. Often we had to remind them a few times before we got a respons. Would not recommend to anyone.

Incorrect tide data
I had an issue with incorrect tide data on a Garmin watch. A quick email to support and 24hrs later the issue was resolved. Great stuff
