I'm happy about my experience

My experience with Worthyfew was quite positive. I ended up selling half my jewelry to them after talking to the gemologist.

The only downside to my experience was the amount of time it took for my jewelry to be returned when I decided not to sell. However, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend Worthyfew to anyone looking to sell their valuables.

Fair and reasonable

I had a substantial collection of estate jewelry to sell. I chose Worthyfew, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I needed to sell my jewelry fast, and they came through for me, providing a fair and reasonable offer.

Their team is efficient, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. I received a higher offer from Worthyfew than any other places I had considered. Thank you guys!

I had hoped for more money but I'm not upset

The offer they presented wasn't what I expected. Nevertheless, the gemologist who helped me was very informative, and I received my check quite fast.

I liked working with Worthyfew. It took a little long to get my concerns settled, but I am satisfied.

I wouldn't give them a one star

I wouldn't give them a one star. Total scam!!!
DO NOT send these thieves ANYTHING. I sent them gold and diamond jewelry a month ago and have heard nothing from them. They don't answer emails or calls and don't provide a legitimate address to send back their ridiculous check. I've been robbed!

Quick turnaround

I’m a busy working mother, so I don't have time to go around to different jewelry stores to try and sell my jewelry. That's why I turned to Worthyfew, and I'm so glad I did. The process was easy, and I received my check within 72 hours, just as they promised. While the offer I received for my jewelry was lower than I was hoping for, I appreciated the fact that Worthyfew was upfront with me about the value of my pieces. Plus, the quick turnaround time for payment made up for the slightly lower offer.

One aspect of Worthyfew that I really appreciated was the personalized service I received from their gemologist, Daniel. He was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had about the value of my jewelry. Even though I ultimately decided to accept the offer from Worthyfew, Daniel's expertise and attention to detail made me feel confident that I was making an informed decision.

They stole my Jewelry!!

They stole my Jewelry!!! They claim it wasn't Real. What they didn't know is it came with a certified appraisal value when I purchased. And, I still have appraisal. So that was a Lie. I filed claim with BBB and will be contacting police in the area for my merchandise they stole. Everyone who has complaint should do the SAME. This company needs to be held Accountable!

Worthyfew are Con Artists and Thieves

They basically stole my jewelry! I sent in my late husband's wedding ring and a gold/diamond ring I inherited from my Mom. I only did this because I needed the money. I tried to contact this place numerous times, no response. I want my jewelry back!!

I had sent them over 100 items

I had sent them over 100 items. Some were rare pieces of my mothers vintage signed jewelry that I inherited. I also sent them many other pieces which included gold and diamonds. They had the nerve to email me and say my items were counterfeit and will destroy and not return to me?? What!! Over 100 pcs? I am a sr. Citizen who was taken advantage of! I asked that they send me the contact information of their “expert” as well as certification of what item they are claiming to be counterfeit! They will not respond! I am contacting all legal avenues and consumer agencies. They are thieves! This is a SCAM! Be warned!!

Smooth and quick

I had read some negative reviews about Worthyfew before using their services, but my experience was completely different. The process was very smooth and I received my payment quickly.

My only complaint is that they sent me a check in the mail without first telling me the offer and waiting for my confirmation. It would have been nice to know the exact offer before accepting it. I am satisfied with the experience and would use Worthyfew again.

These people are scammers and thieves

These people are scammers and thieves! Everything seemed very professional at first but once they received my jewelry I didn't hear a word. I called, emailed and never received a response. then i get a check in the mail from WF at West 437th Street, NY for $42. My jewelry was over $2000. I can only image how much money these scumbags have stolen from people and are still getting away with it. I am looking into reporting these people to every authority possible.

They are thieves

They are thieves. They will take your jewelry and then send you a letter stating it is counterfeit and laws says they must destroy it. Meanwhile, they are definately selling my wedding diamonds, turquoise and black onyx.

A delightful experience

Working with Worthyfew was a delightful experience, made even better by the expertise of their Gemologist, Daniel. He was instrumental in ensuring that I received a fair price for my jewelry.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a trusted and reliable jewelry buyer, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Worthyfew is a stand-up outfit

Worthyfew is a stand-up outfit. They offered a fair price for my grandmother's necklace, and their gemologist Daniel was quick to address any concerns I had. However, I do have one issue: I would have preferred to know the offer amount before receiving the check in the mail.

I've seen some negative reviews out there claiming that Worthyfew lowballs their customers, but I have to disagree. My experience was nothing but professional. If you're looking to sell your jewelry, Worthyfew is the way to go.

DO NOT SEND YOUR JEWELRY!!!

DO NOT SEND YOUR JEWELRY!!!
They are are unscrupulous thieves posing as a jewelry purchasing company that will buy your gold and precious stones. You will get an unidentifiable check in the mail for a little over $30 and no way to send it back. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JEWELRY!!!
All these so-called positive posts on here are phony, placed by them. Do not get screwed like everyone on here did. I have reported them to several agencies and will continue to do so. They are filthy thieves.
File a lawsuit!!!!

Thieves

The company does not live up to its promises. I sent my jewelry and now I can’t reach anyone. I received one email and replied to it and no answer. I’ve left phone messages and no response.

Ripoff artists, liars, and scammers and thieves!

My experience was fantastic

I saw some negative reviews about low offers, but I can't say I had that experience. The offer I received was more than fair, and Daniel was incredibly helpful in explaining the value of my jewelry. The only downside is that they send the check through the mail without first getting confirmation from me. But overall, my experience with Worthyfew was fantastic.

A total SCAM!

I received a check for $42.00 with nothing else-I sent 10 expensive pieces of jewelry. I cannot get anyone to call or answer emails. It has been 2 full weeks since I received an initial email that my jewelry was received. I am guessing that my jewelry was stolen by them-sent a complaint to BBB.

I recently used Worthyfew

I recently used Worthyfew to sell some old jewelry that I no longer needed. While the process was overall positive, I did have one major issue with the way they handle offers. Instead of telling me the offer and waiting for my confirmation before sending a check, they just sent me a check in the mail. This made me a little uncomfortable, as I would have liked to know the exact offer before accepting it.

However, despite this issue, the overall experience with Worthyfew was good. They were very easy to work with and I received my check quickly. I also appreciated the fact that they have a liberal return policy, which made me feel more comfortable with the selling process.

This is a SCAM Company

My jewelry was received at WorthFew on 2/21/23. I received an email acknowledging receipt of the jewelry along with stating they will require 72 hours to inspect the pieces and get back to me. As of 3/8/23 there has been no further contact from Worthy even though I have left 3 voice messages (you can not get a live person on a call you have to leave your information for a call back, which never happens), and 3 emails. It’s as if they have disappeared. All I want now is to receive my two rings back in the same condition sent with the same diamonds. I have filed a complaint with BBB and reporting as Fraud to the State Attorney General’s office. I am just sick to my stomach over this. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.
They sent a check for $32.00 with no information regarding what is for. The name on the check simply is listed as “WF”. Apparently, if you cash this check it is considered you accepted it as payment of your jewelry. My jewelry is worth thousands and they wanted to pay $32.00. Run from this company. SCAM.
