I had a great experience

I had a great experience selling my jewelry with Worthyfew. The only issue I had was with the payment process. They sent me a check in the mail without telling me the offer, which made me a bit uneasy.

However, the check cleared without any issues and I received a fair offer for my jewelry. The gemologist, Daniel, was very helpful in addressing any concerns I had. I would recommend Worthyfew for anyone looking to sell their jewelry.

This is a scammer posing as Worthy…

This is a scammer posing as Worthy Jewelry. They will take your jewelry and you will never hear from them again. Then one day you will receive a check in the mail from Chase Bank that is only a fraction of what your jewelry is worth. Even when you use their online customer service email or phone number, they never respond and will keep your jewelry. I am trying to file a complaint with the BBB against them.

The process was smooth

I sent some of my vintage jewelry to Worthyfew, hoping to get a fair offer. The process was smooth, but the one thing that bothers me is how they send the check right away, without disclosing the offer beforehand. It makes me feel like they're not really interested in my jewelry's value, just trying to make a quick buck.

Worthyfew scam

Worthyfew doesn’t offer what your jewelry is worth. Phone and email not answered. No address is published for contact to have them return your jewelry if you have an unsatisfactory low offer to buy.

Professional packaging should not be trusted.

I looked through WorthyFew's website and read reviews before deciding to send jewelry. Their check arrived as promised; however, the number of pieces, what I knew several were real stones and at least 12 ct gold. Granted, I didn't have diamonds in this lot (I've been selling my jewelry for a while, purchased by my ex, who only bought the best of the best for me back in the day).

I had two addresses, one on the check and one on the portfolio of the Jewelry Shipping Kit, but neither address was complete. The portfolio had no physical address, just Worthyfew HD, and the check had no address, just West 47th Street. I knew this could cause my return of the check to exceed their allowable days. I sent their customer service an email on day 2, long before the return period, which I recall as 30 days in some paperwork I received with the shipping kit and saw online on Quora.

I sent them two emails, on days two and three, asking which address to return their $34 check to and get back my jewelry. I like to have things in writing because there are so many unscrupulous people doing business these days, thanks to the ease of the internet. My emails were never answered, so I called their customer service line on day 7, thinking I had 23 more days to send in the check, and; after a few minutes of ringing, got a recorded message saying there were no agents, so please leave a message.

I did not get a return call, I received a cold, harsh email from Charlotte Fuller, Client Care Manager WorthyFew saying my return period of 4 days had passed and I no longer own what I shipped to them.

I warn everyone reading this not to believe the professional packaging and be very careful before sending anything to anyone calling themselves WorthyFew.

I fully expected their check to be worthless, and guess what - it is! I found several websites where I could confirm the routing number of their check, which is *******.

That routing number does not exist. Do Not Trust Anyone Calling Themselves WorthyFew.

If there is a legitimate company called WorthyFew, I hope you find these scammers using your good name to steal from innocent people.

Need a MAJOR MINUS SYMBOL

If I could give a MUCH lower review I certainly would. I sent multiple pieces jewelry made of 14k gold as well as MULTIPLE DIAMONDS and it was receivedon 2/16/2023. I received a check for $114.00 about 10 days later with no explanation or phone # .The same day I found a phone # on the paperwork i received prior to sending my jewelry I received a call that my mother was dying and immediately left Florida and headed to Louisiana. I tried to call Worthless Few multiple times and could never reach anyone. Each and EVERY time I did through i was put on hold and within seconds was disconnected. I sent multiple messages to them and now am being told that I cannot get my jewelry.
My offer from Sell Your Gold was $2,250.79 which I have a copy of the email they sent me but since Worthy Few claimed to pay the most money I decided to send it to them. Now I have none of my jewelry and a ludicrous check for $114.00. WORTHY FEW IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM !

I sent them heavy pieces of gold jewelry three weeks ago. Two weeks ago today they emailed me stating they received it. I haven’t heard from them since. I’ve sent three emails which have been ignored. I don’t know how to get my jewelry back. They are thieves and scam artists.

Scam

This company is a total scam. DO NOT send anything to them. They send you a pack to send your items in, you do and they email you saying they received it and you never hear another word. They don't respond, they don't answer the phone and they don't return your jewelry.

I almost lost my dads ring to this Scam...…

I sent in my dad's ring to be appraised since he gave it to me before he passed away. I got the kit they had delivered to me with instructions on what to do to send in my jewelry. After a few days I got an email saying they got my jewelry. Then a few days go by without word like they said they would do. But I recieved a check in the mail for $32.00 but don't know who it's from. I see the address and it matches worthyfews address from their web page. I said this has to be a mistake cus my ring cost me $1,600.00 twenty years ago. It's 18k yellow gold with diamonds and star sapphire stone. So I knew there had to be some mix up. I tried calling the customer service number they provided but no answer. I leave tons of messages and not one call back or email. I email them same day and state I want my jewelry back and that I don't want to sell my ring. Thankfully I get a reply. They had me take a picture of the check with it saying voided on the face and scribbled out the account number. They then eventually emailed me back with the tracking number of my ring and said to expect 7-10 days for delivery. Thankfully I got my actual ring back but this was terrible. They obviously don't intend on having you talk with the appraiser or go over your jewelry as stated on their website. They just send you a thirty-two dallor check and hope you cash it without thinking so they can say you accepted their offer for whatever you send in. I was lucky so don't fall for this scam. They obviously have fake reviews on their page too cus I didn't see not one bad review. Well I'm leaving one now and we shall see if it shows up.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. They received my jewelry and sent me a $32.00 check. Cannot get them to answer phone, email chat etc. Cannot get my jewelry back either. They trade off the real Worthy legitimate jewelry co, making it look like this is their website.
I am in the process of lodging a complaint with NY atty general, fraud division. I will also post on as many social media sites that I can. Hopefully they will be put out of business asap.Since they are using USPS to commit their fraud I will also file a complaint with USPS

Worthyfew is a Scam

I found this company ‘Worthyfew’ through its advertising/marketing online. I had been looking to sell some fine jewelry through someone that knew the value of what I had, and this company advertises that it does appraisals on the jewelry when it is sent into them to make an offer on the jewelry to the owner. They state on their website, and the materials that they send out when you want to submit your jewelry, that you have the ability to accept or reject their offer for the items.
I ordered their kit and it came a few days later. After reading the reviews and doing some research on the company I decided which pieces to send to them and didn't feel there would be an issue because I knew I would be able to get the items back if I didn't like their offer. Their claim is that they respond with their offer 24 to 72 hours after receiving the shipment. I shipped my jewelry on Monday, February 6, 2023. I received an email stating that the shipment was received. I waited for 120 hours before contacting the company because I had not heard anything from them. I emailed on 2/16/23 asking for my jewelry to be returned after reading the cases concerning this site and doing further in-depth reviews that made me feel very uneasy.
On 2/14/23 I received a check in the mail for $32 from a company called FTEJ that was listed on the check. There was no letter included and nothing that explained what this check was for. There was nothing written on the check stub as well. Thinking that I would find out something about who or what this check was for or from I did a remote deposit. I felt that this way the bank could track the check to see who it was from. In the meantime, I called the phone number list on the company’s website that shows as a support line and got a very strange response. The answer was a recording stating that all support people were on other calls and to wait for someone to answer. After waiting for a few minutes another recording came on stating that I was to leave my name, email address, and phone number and someone would get back with me 'shortly'. This was at 12:50pm. At 5:40 pm that same day I did not get a call back. I then sent another email demanding my jewelry back and got a response from a Charlotte stating that because I ‘cashed the check’ they have taken that as my accepting their offer on my jewelry. I did not accept an offer from them because I didn’t know the check was from them as there was nothing on the check stub nor was there a letter or communication with the check stating what it was for, so I made no agreement with them because the check wasn't presented as an 'offer' for my jewelry much less stating who the check was from. I responded to her email stating that I will return her check along with $32.00 and want my jewelry returned. There has been no further communication from her.
This company should not be in business as it does not honor its stated policies and procedures such as making an offer to the owner after receiving the jewelry to accept or reject their offer.
