Excellent Customer Service

A trust-worthy company.
My first order arrived damaged. A case of 24 bottles was dropped in transit. A very soggy box with broken glass arrived. Provided photos of the box and ring-doorbell evidence showing box already damaged when I received it. A replacement was dispatched immediately without any quibbles or questions. Have ordered a couple more boxes since then and will probably order another in confidence before Christmas.

Delivered wrong items and unwilling to…

Delivered wrong items and unwilling to refund even after demanding and receiving photographic evidence.
To make matters worse, our credit card has been double charged.
Untrustworthy and non-existent customer service.
AVOID this company.
