Order Cancelled Without Notice or Explanation
Placed an order on 01st August, received my confirmation email. On the 05th August I received an email advising that my refund had been issued.
I have no idea why I was issued a refund & why my order was cancelled, I received no contact, either via email or phone, to advise why they could not fulfil the order.
Poor service & communication, I doubt if I'll ever place another order with them.
Basic communication to advise why they could not fulfil my order would have made for a better level of service!

My favourite choccy bars
I suspect that the boxes of Double Deckers are stored in a warm environment because the bars at the bottom are squashed and the filling is coming out of the ends, which sticks to the inside of the wrapper making it difficult to open. There is also a two inch space at the top of the box which shouldn't be there.
Other than that, the boxes were sent in an outer box with packing material in the spaces, so the chocolate bar boxes arrived undamaged.
