My phone got stolen today on the bus to ashton, when i found out where it went via samsung tracking it wad last found at their shop before being eraced??? Wtf and ive seen the total reviews about this "company" and now its definately worse than i would have imagined in a worst case scenario.
You telephone the customer service helpline number to find out what happened to your order and they say that they will "take your details and someone will get back to you" which is a damn lie they do not have a customer service that you cannot contact?!?! I've been waiting 2 weeks for someone to get back to me and they haven't; £25 gone! They are scammers & liars. Please don't waste your money or your time!
Ordered two sets of bedding. Different colourways but the same range name.
Both with described as 400 thread count.
One the fabric weight is OK but it is made up so badly twisted it is impossible to iron also it has pink stains in it. The packaging was also burst open at the side hence I washed it straight away. It was not burst in transit as the outer packaging was fine, it was sent out that way.
The other, the weight is not what I would describe as 400 and poor quality.
They were not expensive but not worth anything at all.
I am so disgusted with these items I am putting them in the bin.
