Always a helpful company and very clear good quality photos at a good price for packages.

Love wrates the packages sometimes have too many photos ie the small ones it be better if there was 1 or 2 more of the mounted ones instead but still affordable and good

By far the worst school photo I’ve ever had of my child.
His previous ones have always been done by another company and have been excellent. This is our first year with Wrates and I hope it’s the schools last.
They’ve turned the brightness up so much that he has no lips! And his skin tone isn’t realistic. I know most peoples gripes are down to the cost which I agree is pricey, but the photography is awful too.

They are very responsive, I receive orders very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Lovely pictures, always good quality, struggled to get the ones taken together without download option, quite expensive when you have several children. Would like to see budget options, as not everyone has £20+ for a picture, but would love the memories.

£17.50 for a digital print. It’s a poorly staged photo and messy. Will do a better job at home with a blank background and my iPhone.

My little treasure lost the photo card, the school gave me wrates's telephone number. Customer service is excellent no problem helping me with a link to my photo (took me straight to the page) no problem so easy. Would defo recommend x

Disgusting how you can charge so much for photos and then charge an obscene amount to download them. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

17.50 £for photo which even has not been edited?Really?As a begginer photographer I would suggest to finish a course how to edit a skin as my little one still has a red spots after his allergy on pictures...Also you could learn how to put kids in front of camera and after take the money...

Disappointed disgusting scammers

Please do not use this company for your school, 10/10 would not recommend. My children's school photos are awful so I emailed them explaining my disappointment and the reply agreed with the issues I raised and that I was not obligated to purchase them which is a ridiculous comment. The issues I raised are the lighting is so bright my sons eyes appear black. In the sibling photo my daughters head (who is 3 years younger) is higher than her brothers and her arm is around his shoulder making his head dip down. Since when do we have arms around shoulders nevermind it being the younger sibling doing it! I work in a school myself and the photographer that attended was absolutely fantastic, she proof checked all the children's photos before moving on and made sure they were all in correct positions and did what she could to get them to smile naturally and this is what I expected but it's quite obvious they were rushed through and not proof checked. Got my fingers crossed the school go with someone else next year.

Each digital photo download is £16.99, which is an insane price. No idea why our school changed company as the previous one would do bundles (digital+print) that were more affordable. The cheapest bundle that I could add to this would have brought the whole price to more than £50, and one single mounted photo is £11 at the time of writing.

I agree that they just keep hiking the price because they can since parents want to hold onto memories.

I seriously hope our school reconsiders and chooses someone else for the photos next time.

Overpriced photos for digital and printed photos. They used to do an option of photos for digital download and now trying to charge 12.99 per download ????
you only have to look at previous reviews to understand that they dont do anything about the reviews, what they do is increase the price further. The best thing that can happen is a sourcing a different company. It wont be long Wrates
