We got a fitted bedroom completed with Wren last week. Newtownabbey store is not long open. We dealt with Kyle who did an amazing design - it was just what we wanted! Sign up was an easy process as was the finance. Delivery was booked and we got notice the day before and the morning off delivery which was great. Delivery men did a great job - covered stairs and doors etc - clean and efficient. We didn’t love the fact that we had to store the materials for a week before fitting. Fitting was the reason we dropped a star. Took the day off work and got an email to say fitter would be with me before 1. At 1.30 the fitter texted to say he was running behind on a previous job and might not make it. Same the next day. To Wrens credit the store manager Glen was quick to sort out another fitter for the next day. This fitter (Jonny) was amazing and did an excellent job - the bedroom itself turned out beautiful. It’s a shame the original fitter let wren down (I guess that’s the difficulty with sub contractors). Manger Glen rang to check all was satisfactory so they are working hard to make sure customers are happy and jobs are completed. I would recommend wren - their bedroom materials are high quality, design process is great and delivery was spot on. Just double check with them re: fitting so you don’t lose a days work like I did!

Wrens design was great picked the kitchen in Feb and it took til may to be installed would have preferred it sooner. The fitter was great tho wren hadn't sent all the parts for the kitchen so had to reorder which took 2 weeks to arrive so fitter had to come back again but kitchen quality is good. What wren change for installation is only a quarter of what the fitter gets which isn't really fair. The clear bee collection service is appalling

The process from design in the Belfast showroom, to delivery and aftercare has been excellent. The design was much more creative and innovative than we had been presented with elsewhere and we are really pleased with the quality of the kitchen - our joiner has also thought highly of it! The customer service team has also been very helpful in resolving anything we needed, ensuring the fitting and snagging process is as smooth as possible.

Started off ok, sales guy very good. Delivery arrived unannounced @ 0655. We had no choice but to accept it. Resulted in both me and my wife being late for work and trying to get a toddler ready for nursery. Then came to light that they had short delivered, a wardrobe door was missing. Fitter arrived next day so installation would be incomplete and a replacement door would take 2 weeks to arrive. When fitter was working he realised they had sent the wrong runners and forgot the feet. I was on with the customer care team several times and they couldn’t offer any solutions. I now have half a wardrobe installed and remaing parts in my hallway for the next fortnight. I have no confidence the correct parts are going to arrive. I can’t stress enough how poor this company is in dealing with these issues and will never use them again. The whole episode has been very disappointing.

I placed an order on 16/04 through the Belfast Boucher Road showroom. From the point of ordering and giving my deposit, the experience has been extremely poor in terms of communication and service that I have now requested a refund.
Did not hear anything from wren, the showroom, installation team - nothing. No clear update or co ordination for such a large purchase.
Initially told start of June by designer but then delayed to 29th June. Again no idea why.
I have requested my refund which apparently takes 28 days. I am waiting with anticipation. The designer I dealt with was extremely cheeky when I requested this. I would never ever deal with wren again
19/05 posted at 3.45PM and I can see 4 1 star reviews in the past hour. I can’t be surprised anymore

Whilst the designer at the Belfast store was good our appointment with their surveyor was not. He made an appointment to call and measure exactly but did not turn up! Not even a phone call. Cancelled our order.

We went to Wren yesterday to look at their kitchens. We were met by the store manager who was very nice talked about what we wanted. We had our plans with us and he told us they could do a full plan on screen 3D so we could see everything in place in our colour choices. He referred us to his "best" salesperson. She took the plans inputed all the dimensions and showed us a top view of an L shape with an island. She told us the price would be roughly 24500 and we could pay a 10% deposit there and then. We told her we only wanted a plan we then would discuss it with our builders, why was the response, and obviously we wanted to visit other places. So we were then told no 3d diagram would be down, no images of the colours of the cabinets and worktops would shown and that was apt over and she git up and walked off. I was gobsmacked at no point were we told we would have to pay nearly £2500 for a consultation. Let absolutely furious and appalled at the customer service. Will not be back and will definitely not recommend. Went around the corner to a fabulous kitchen showroom and they will be getting our business.

Our experience in store was great and then it all went down hill.
Our installer has been the best part of this experience. It has been weeks since our bedroom units were installed and:
1. The measurements in one room were wrong
2. The instructions given to the installer were wrong which ended up with us having our plug sockets (which we used constantly) blocked off
3. When we raised this concern we were told it would void our warranty so we'd have to ring up. Many emails and calls later with a promise to get back to us and today we receive an email saying our case was closed
We have spent a lot of money and time for the customer service to be this poor. Extremely disappointed.

I have had a nightmare with my wren kitchen
fitting started on the 30th ofJanuary and it still isn’t finished.with all the technology in the measuring they still got it wrong new worktops had to be ordered because they were the wrong size
They were delivered on Wednesday 18th February to be fitted on the 20th they sent the wrong size again
So from the 30th of Jan Ive had no oven or hob and I actually don’t know when my kitchen will be finished
No one from wren has contacted me no customer care I wish I hadn’t bought off Wren

Inexperienced and useless.
We went to wren after seeing the adverts, to get a new kitchen.
After we had the kitchen designed they had to change a few things for regulations but what they failed to do was let me know that they moved units... So the design was off and units had been changed/swapped.
This resulted in my installer not being able to fit the kitchen as well had the wrong units delivered and have had to wait a month on replacements.
If you are relying on Wrens experts to do everything for you I would AVOID like the plague.. you will need to take your joiner or someone who knows how everything should be. For example our worktop was not even divided up correctly on the drawings.. thankfully it came in one 4m piece so was able to be cut correctly but if you had planned to DIY the install you would have been in trouble.
Also to note I didn't provide feedback before this and raised a complaint but have heard nothing.
PS. When the "survey" came in it tells you at the end you can get £20 Amazon voucher instantly for reviewing on the link below but because my survey results were not great there was no link... So to stop all the BS positive reviews I wrote a real one!
*Update..
After logging a complaint 2 weeks ago (no contact since), this review have actually got me a call back from a "manager", who started the call off with "the replacement cabinets were only ordered 2 weeks ago so you haven't really been waiting a month"...
Then proceeded to tell me that the design issues are my fault for not getting my joiner to check over they're work! Even though my designs were checked and edited twice by wren themselves. Also at no point was I told I needed to get someone to check Wrens "homework" the so called experts.
After this phonecall I would now actively advise people to steer well clear of Wren!
They are useless and will try and blame the customers for Wrens mistakes!

We had a fantastic look through kitchens and designs with Paul. He suggested different ideas and layouts. We explained our needs and wants and he matched them all. Would definitely recommend

Superb experience planning and getting a kitchen from Wren. We visited Belfast showroom 3 times before finalising order. Easy to chop and change lots of items. Very informative and not at all pushy. Also price matched electrical appliances we requested which was fantastic. We did have a friend install it, but the quality of the units are excellent, best we've ever had. Customer service is also superb and sent a replacement door fast when there was a slight scratch on one. Highly recommend Wren Kitchens.

Magdalena was a great help in designing my kitchen and provided a great service - and solved any issues that arose. Jake was also a help with queries on the phone.

From start to finish its been horrendous. Initially lots of high pressure phone calls to buy the product. Then when I did buy a kitchen for £13,200 the sales guy was nowhere to be found. Oh did I mention they forgot to build in an extractor fan and mismeasured a cabinet. And to top it off a number of cabinets had dents. Seriously disappointed

Ordered a large Kitchen. The delivery driver even said it was the biggest kitchen he ever delivered.
Had it all installed, and it looks nice. But it's all very cheap and flimsy. The large doors on tall units are wobbly, the cheap plastic drawers feel like they can fall apart. Spent over 14k. Regret the purchase. It's only the 2 of us, and we are very careful, but already after 5 months one of the large drawer fronts just pulled off. It shows it's only fixed with 6 tiny screws. The unit came ore build.
I've just reported it, 10 years warrenty. I'll keep you posted here how this will be handled

Most products are of a high quality but they create issues and are terrible at fixing them. We had several problems (damaged our floor when delivering, wonky tap, not enough kick board supplied, missing extractor fan etc). Ive filled in wren-supplied reviews, contacted the showroom in person, had countless phone calls, they just try to direct you to their app (which is rated 2.9 out of 5 stars so its useless). In fairness they do reach out to you to find out about the issues, but they actually just struggle to resolve them.
Wouldn't use them again to be honest. Had to go to Howdens to get some of the issues fixed. Ill probably try them in my next house.
