A great delivery experience. The guys messaged before arriving to say they were on route, and then they were very courteous and careful with the delivery. Also very polite and well mannered.

Wren kitchens are extremely well constructed and represent value for money. The showroom staff were very attentative during the planning and ordering stage and both deliveries went well with the exception of 1 late item yet to be delivered. However I ran out of upstand due to a unforeseen error. When I sought help from the showroom they pointed me in the direction of customer care and weren't particularly helpful as they only plan and sell the Kitchens. However I contacted customer care and a guy called Harrison who was amazing, he assisted me in ordering the additional upstand albeit at my cost he then found I had not received back my overpayment of £132 and also he assisted me in reclaiming for 2 end panel which had been over ordered by the designer this guy as thoroughly restored my faith in Wren and needs highly commended

Two top blokes who were very friendly, punctual, polite and most of all brilliant at their job. Thanks Carl and Fred for what ended up being a top class job.

After signing complete disaster. Kitchen arrived in unknown carrier van boxes soaking wet not strapped down, scratched and bent, fitter fitted kitchen pipes wrong had to get another plumber, units marked, cant open some cupboards fully badly designed and complaints department absolutely useless, great when you sign no help with issues despite empty promises buyers beware - Carlisle

Issue free from start to finish. High level of workmanship and very professional

Our experience with Wren Kitchens has been full of frustrations from start to finish. The first major issue was the lack of communication from the Carlisle branch. I had to chase repeatedly for the final design and payment link just so we could get a delivery date. From 16th April to 21st May, it took 35 days just to place the order, which is ridiculous for a company of this size.
When the kitchen finally arrived, the problems continued. Multiple items were damaged on delivery, followed by roughly seven additional deliveries due to further damaged components. Wren also got the measurements wrong for a corner section, despite me providing clear evidence, and initially tried to charge us for the alternative units — something that was only resolved after more back-and-forth.
We then had even more issues with the ducting unit supplied with the induction hob, which turned out to be incompatible. After many emails, they refunded it and I sourced the correct one myself within a few days. Another unnecessary delay.
From the first delivery on 19th June to the final resolution on 20th September, the whole saga lasted 93 days. What goes unseen in that timeline is the additional cost of coordinating tradespeople around repeated delays, the extended time needed to get the kitchen fitted, and the overall stress of trying to project-manage mistakes that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Wren seem to have no appreciation for the level of disruption their poor service caused.
To add to it all, the quality of the kitchen has been disappointing. The wrapped MDF is far too prone to scratches and dents, and the Matt Emerald Green finish is a fingerprint magnet. You would think this would be a key consideration in the design stage.
Overall, while the kitchen looks good from a distance, the experience, quality, and customer care have not lived up to expectations — hence the 2-star rating.

Excellent service from Wren Kitchens! All the issues with my kitchen were fixed quickly and to a very high standard. The installer Carl was extremely polite, professional and went the extra mile by adjusting all the hinges, which made everything work perfectly. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the smooth process from start to finish. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone looking for top-quality kitchens and outstanding customer service thank you.

Wren were great at selling us our kitchen. Couldn’t do enough. Got almost instant responses from our designer when we wanted to make changes and add ons. Completely different story once they have had our money and we discovered a few issues with the installation. Post customer service is shocking. Weeks in between responses, No contact numbers or direct email addresses. Past from pillar to post. No one acknowledging our problems and as for the furniture ombudsman who we escalated our issues too. Absolute waste of time. Not even a proper ombudsman as it’s funded by Wren and its members. My advice stay well clear

Everything in the showroom was great. Once the transaction is done- that's when the problems start. Customer service places blame on the customers and their emails are not always professional. The fitters have still not been back to complete the kitchen 3/4 months later and when I complained, I was told the bits that are left to fit/secure are supplementary- although they are part of the kitchen design and paid for in the price of fitting. We are awaiting confirmation of a refund for a fridge which was delivered in error- customer service have contacted the showroom for advice but still no answer weeks later. I am left with an unfinished kitchen, sink not secured, AWOL fitter, no answer to refund query and pieces of my kitchen still lying around my house where I care for my vulnerable grandmother.

Starting point of our Wren journey went smoothly, design appointment was great and all booked in to be fit by wren. This is where the problem starts.
Kitchen was booked in to be fitted 23rd-27th June. Fitter turned up and got on with the job (brilliant fitter, absolutely no issues with the fitter himself). Then on the last day we were told that he is unable to fit our flooring because it is too technical (herringbone supplied by Wren). We have now been left with a half built kitchen and a strip of flooring that has been attempted to be laid and the rest of the flooring Just left bare. Wren originally said they were going to refund the fitting fee but then refused saying they can’t because the flooring has already been started by their fitter, baring in mind there are still 20 packs of flooring left untouched. The rest of the kitchen cannot be fitted until the flooring is laid so we are still left with no kitchen and flooring.
Communication from Wren has been very poor, if we hadn’t of phoned them multiple times then we would not have heard from them. Their response to our kitchen being left this way is that they are “looking for a new fitter to take on the job” (almost 2 weeks later they are still trying to source a fitter) with absolutely no insight as to when this could be or when our kitchen will be sorted.
Considering we are paying thousands of pounds for the fitting, I am appalled with the service and support from Wren.
