Richard phoned ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Richardcame to do the measurements ect before ourappointmentto designthe kitchen. Richard asked if it would be ok to come a bit earlier than scheduled which was ok. Richard spoke with kindness and consideration. Once at the property Richard said who he was showed his ID badge, and was in a Wren work van and in Wren uniform. Richard then explained the process and how long he would be here, Richard engaged in polite conversations and got on with the task at hand. Thank you Richard.
