Never Again!
I heard Wrens was meant to be fantastic for kitchens so I chose to go with these and by what a mistake I made! From start to finish it has been a joke! From staff arguing with fitters infront of us instore. To my kitchen being delivered and turns out the design they made didnt even work! My fridge and freezer door wouldnt open!! What a very big mistake to think this got passed from to designers?! To then my washing machine being damaged and now my panelling for my breakfast bar being completely the wrong colour. So my fitter has not been able to complete my kitchen so im still without a kitchen still without a washing machine. And a half finished kitchen I cant use untill my new parts are delivered. Out of pocket, need to pay my fitter extra,needing to take me clothes to dryer cleaners, a son with additional needs who this has took a massive effect on as he needs routine and structure! Overall a complete joke of a service if im honest! My kitchen should of been finished today if it was down to my fitter, but now hes in limbo waiting on new parts being delivered and working around other jobs hebhas booked in! Really not happy with the sevice I have recieved it is not acceptable for the price I have paid.
