I purchased a kitchen from Wren in March which was in excess of £8,000 and have been extremely disappointed with both the design process but more so, the Aftersales support.
The most significant issue is a fundamental design fault. Wren designed and supplied a kitchen where the extractor fan is positioned so far above the hob that it is unable to perform its intended function effectively, in removing cooking fumes, due to the distance between the hob and extractor. I was notified about this by my kitchen fitter, despite Wren's designers being responsible for creating and approving the kitchen layout.
Rather than accepting responsibility for this oversight, Wren offered minimal compensation of less than £100 which didn't even come close to covering the cost of rescheduling my kitchen fitter numerous times. They also proposed replacing the original unit with a completely different design that I did not want, as they mentioned they don't do bespoke sized units as part of their manufacturing process. My preferred design featured a single lift-up door with a horizontal handle, but their solution required a double-door unit with vertical handles. While this may slightly improve the extractor's effectiveness, it does not fully resolve the underlying issue and leaves me with a kitchen design that is not what I originally purchased.
To make matters worse, the replacement process was plagued with further mistakes. Wren initially supplied the wrong door finish, sending me Cashmere Gloss doors instead of Cashmere Grain. After spending more time chasing this up, they then managed to send only one replacement door in the right finish when two were required for the revised unit design. This resulted in further delays, additional phone calls, and unnecessary frustration.
I have spent several hours dealing with Wren's mistakes, not including the amount of time spent in-store and on the phone before purchasing. The delays also caused disruption to my installation schedule and resulted in additional inconvenience and expense.
What has disappointed me most is the lack of accountability throughout the process. For a company selling 'premium' kitchens, I expected better design standards, better communication and a genuine effort to put things right when mistakes occur.
Unfortunately, my experience has been one of repeated errors, wasted time, unnecessary expense and poor customer service. I would not recommend Wren based on my experience.

Absolute Horror show of an experience. We are still in it.
For the past three weeks we have new units sitting in our old kitchen and no access to our old kitchen because they delivered before the fitters had even had time to come and pull the old kitchen out. They're refusing to help. They're refusing to even answer our calls and emails. They are absolutely a disgrace and we are trapped in this horrible cycle of not being able to connect with them. They're perfectly pleasant when we call and then they do nothing.
For three weeks we have repeatedly been calling them. They don't communicate internally. We were told by their worktop people we'd be charged if they came to do our worktops and they weren't able to measure for them so I had to call them and say, "Did you know the project had been ruined and stalled?" They hadn't been told internally that the project was going. On everything is automated. Emails, nobody cares about anything and nobody takes responsibility for anything. Please avoid using this company. We are stuck in an absolute horrible nightmare. There have been a few hiccups during the process but at first things were going reasonably well. This delivery, the installation, none of it is happening and we've just been hung out to dry. It is really upsetting.

Dreadful experience. They take no accountability and pass you around from pillar to post. I haven't had a functional kitchen for 60 days and am taking them to court. Shouldn't be necessary if they have sufficient processes in place.
Save yourself the stress and heartache. Avoid.

The whole process from entering the Tamworth branch, to the design and delivery have been brilliant. And after today’s experience with customer service 5 stars to them and Tracy too.
Would highly recommend using Wren for your kitchen 👏👏

If you’re thinking of using their installers to fit your kitchen, think again. So the completed works took four months and so far we have had a dishwasher leak and a washing machine leak, not to mention new flooring damaged. The installers only get a small fraction of the fee you pay Wren, maybe if they paid them at least half what they charge to install the kitchen then they may take a bit more time and pride in their work.

Martin & James just got on with it and did a great job getting the kitchen upstairs.

Wow. What a fabulous delivery! Early morning drop off, two lovely men who went above and beyond with icy roads and bad weather. Cheerful, professional, polite and so helpful. Thoughtful and careful with great respect for our home. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Great ambassadors for great company. Designer Shelley Thomas in Tamworth was fabulous from the start and the delivery didn't disappoint either.

After my on going experience with Wren, mysuggestion would be to go to another kitchen/bedroom supplier.
I can’t complain about the service we received from the Tamworth store - it has been good.
My argument is with the Wren installation/after service team who seem very disjointed and unhelpful.
In a nutshell my bedroom wardrobes arrived minus 4 corner cupboard hinges approximately 5 weeks ago.
Despite many phone calls, emails and Wren H/O sending the wrong hinges twice I am at a wits end as to why they can’t get the correct hinges to me.

My first kitchen was superb but the one I had 18 months ago the side panels keep blowing I replaced some from them at a cost but it’s happened again they keep saying it’s because they have not been sealed but that is not true if it was why haven’t the plinth's blown
