We had arranged a viewing for a property and we waited at the property no agent turned up. We called and they said the house was now under offer so all viewings were cancelled. They didn’t both to tell us. The person on the phone claimed they had called left a message and sent an email none lf which we received! They had our correct details as they read them back to me when I arranged the viewing! Poor customer service

What a shambles this whole experience was with Louise and her team. Massively over promised and massively under delivered. No follow up on visits, early turn ups and no contact to re-arrange, no contact with customers after visits (couldn't get hold of them apparently?) visits made with buyers who left damage, broken pictures, moved items - agents said they had no idea and blamed us. No weekly chasing of our buyers (who was also one of their clients too) when asked about slow progress, blamed the stamp duty deadline and they couldn't help us, total surprise (although I don't actually buy this) when our sale fell through due to legal issues on our buyers sale - if they were chasing both sales they would have known that as the issue went on for three months, but we were made to feel like we were the problem for actually daring to ask for regular updates against periods of no information being exchanged between solicitors. When we tried to exit the agency agreement that is when Louise went into over drive (shame she didn't show that level of engagement during our agreement) when we got threats of compensation, holding us to the exit period and then saying that she was disappointed with us!! Left feeling totally frustrated, underwhelmed and blamed. This week we got an extensive list of customers from Louise that if we sold to them through another agent she would want 'remuneration' - this list was over 20 people although only 5 walked through the door. Beware the sunny show - it is all that is a show and you will be left frustrated. Shameful.

Debs has been really helpful when we were looking to move closer to Nantwich. She really knows her stuff, and she has given us a clearer knowledge of what we’re looking for. Thank you Debs.

Absolutely first class service from all the helpful friendly staff.
Would recommend this branch to any prospective client.

Great viewings arranged at times to suit as (as we were relocating), absolutely first class staff in Diane and Erin in the office. Frankly they did notre to get the sale of my own property over the line than my own agent. Would highly recommend. A special thanks to Diane for all you hard work!

Louise, Hannah and Deb gave us very good advice and kept us informed during a sometimes difficult sale process. They were a pleasure to deal with.

We used W/M for a straightforward cash sale no chain flat sale . The first 10 weeks when we presumed they were acting on our behalf they did nothing. It took 20 weeks of constant pressure from us to get this sale completed, we even threatened to withdraw as we lost our tenant within weeks anticipating a '' quick sale '' so had no rental income for almost four months but incurring extra costs to have the flat sit empty. Would not recommend unless you want to ring everyday to chase things up.

We used Wright Marshall for the sale of our Grandma’s flat after she sadly passed away, Louise and Hannah were absolutely amazing to deal with. They were kind, caring and communicative throughout the whole process. We would definitely use Wright Marshall in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy and sell property.
