The team at Wright Marshall Knutsford made our move easy with no stress. They were extremely helpful and attentive and went above and beyond to both sell our house and find us a new home. On behalf of my parents and extended family I would like to highly recommend the services of Wright Marshall and specifically Louise Chapman of the Nantwich branch. Throughout what must have been one of the more challenging sales of a property, Louise was incredibly supportive, provided excellent communication and when things began more challenging had the tenacity and determination to follow every detail up and more to ensure that the sale was completed. At times the whole process was overwhelming for my parents but Louise was able to guide them through everything step by step and provide the confidence and reassurance required. A huge thank you to Louise from us all from all corners of the globe!

Sadly very disappointed, feedback was almost non existent with me constantly chasing them when I was the one who wished to buy a house.

Having used this company a number of years ago and found them to be very good then, I expected a better service today.

After numerous emails and 2 viewings I think I made it clear I was serious and I only expected a response to my enquiries and offer if even to say we are still awaiting information but didn't even get that. I always love to support local business but in this case even trying as hard as I did could not end in a positive result for either of us.

Genuinely disappointed.

The excellent service Wright Marshall provided recognized the competing requirements of selling a property is a busy market and the delays in completing the process by the time it took to obtain the Grant of Probate.

We purchased our house from Wright Marshall Nantwich and can’t recommend them enough! We wanted to live in a particular place and from our very first contact with Louise we knew we were dealing with a very professional and friendly company. As soon as properties were listed Louise immediately sent them over to us and within a couple of weeks we found our dream home! From the initial offer right through to completion Louise, Debra in particular and Hannah were great at keeping us informed at all stages and even went above and beyond what they needed to do for us especially with the solicitors and one or two bumps in the road where our own agents should have been more efficient . When we needed something doing Debra was the lady who got it done!
If we ever sell I wouldn’t hesitate at using Louise and the team again and if you are going to sell Wright Marshall Nantwich is definitely the agent to use.

By far the worst estate agent that I have had dealings with. Their policy of dealing with a valid complaint is clearly to ignore all communications and pass off any blame. At best they have been misleading over property details, and at worst liars. If you own a barge pole, do not touch them with it

I never thought I would recommend an Estate Agent - but Wright Marshall, Nantwich Branch, have proved the exception. Fantastic experience using them to sell my house. A refreshingly professional, personal and cheerful approach was undertaken by Louise Chapman, Manager of the branch, which was reflected in the professional service of the telephone and office Staff. Their service throughout could not be faulted.
By complete contrast, the Agent connected to the house I was purchasing never contacted me once to advise of progress or issues. Further, on a very stressful moving day, did not offer the service of bring the new home keys to the property - thus involving me in a 45 minute round trip to collect keys whilst trying to supervise removals. It left me wondering how the seller's agents could justify their high fees.
Fortunately, Wright Marshall could not have been more helpful throughout, and i recommend them without reservation.

2. Help/advice with presentation of property before listing

4. Regular liaison and updates between seller and buyer throughout the sale/purchase process.
