Exactly the same experience

Exactly the same experience. Cold pressurised sell with no cooling off period and offering more expensive holidays than other travel agents. I was told I could just have the accommodation and after booking I was told I had to upgrade to all inclusive and full board at an extra £450 plus per person...Can I claim a refund through my credit card company?

Avoid this company.

Would like to know if anyone has taken this company to court and challenged them under the Consumer Contracts Regs? Thankfully I was refunded through my Credit Card company.
All they want is your money and once they've got it they will be rude and aggressive, don't expect any sympathy or service from them. No morals!

Signed up to this company with a promise if we paid £268 we would get access to thousands of hotel across the world, and we could have up to 35 days accommodation paid for all we had to do was pay for up grade to all inclusive or full board, sounds great, what a LIE, they pass you over to another company call Horizon Travel who send you a limited amount of hotels Mainly 3 Stars for your destination, I compared there quotations on line with Thomson and Thomas Cook and found I could get it a few Hundred pound cheaper through them, trying to get my money back STILL waiting, do not sign up to these

Disgusting exploitation of the elderly

This is the sort of company that needs to be shut down and shut down fast. I tried to speak to them about getting a refund for a very elderly friend whose wife died yesterday. They rang whilst his wife was in hospital dying and managed to extract membership from him. He is and was considerably confused and also he can hardly walk, so won't be going on holiday anywhere. All I received from this disreputable organisation when I tried to talk to them was real aggression. So aggressive that I curtailed the call as there was no point in being shouted at. Being aggressive is not the answer or the way to behave. Avoid like the plague.
