To sound like a cliche, this is more than just a shop. I travelled to Denmark Street from West Wales as we have no local guitar shops anymore. This was the best shop on the street by far. Not just in terms of the stock, but the people working there were so friendly, helpful, and let my daughter take her time trying the different set-ups, fretboards, and even the different colours (yes - important when you are spending your life savings on a guitar aged 15!). We were offered free shipping to our home if we wanted to order in a different colour.
I cannot thank the staff enough- from the chap who initially set my daughter up in a stool with an amp, to the chap who then brought different styles and colours, and chatted through the more subtle differences between the guitar materials. We left with a guitar, but also knowing that we had support with servicing or any customisation we might want in the future. There are some things that online shopping is just no substitute for, and a true music shop with knowledgeable, passionate people is one of them. Wunjo - thank you so much. We will be back!

We visited Wunjo Guitars in June and even though we probably just looked like tourists we were treated exceptionally well by everyone in the store. Tom chatted to my son and said he could try out anything that caught his eye. The Fender Player 2 Limited Edition in Sunburst Sparkle was the one, Tom's customer service was excellent and he really got to understand what my son was looking for in a guitar. After a discussion on price and delivery written on the back of Tom's business card we popped out of the shop to sweet talk his dad and returned after a few minutes to buy the guitar. We never felt under pressure to buy, loved looking around and highly recommend visiting this shop. Delivery was fast and the guitar was well packaged. Thank you Tom and Wunjo Guitars.

I saw a used Gretsch bass guitar on Wunjo's website, called them and negotiated a good price and bought the guitar. They were very helpful and communicated well about delivery. Delivery was a bit late but that was Parcelforce's fault not Wunjo's
The bass was well packed and matched the website photographs and description.
Unfortunately I didn't like the bass and two days after getting the bass, I called Wunjo to see if I could return the bass for a refund.
After consulting the owner, Tom said they would give a full refund after return of the bass and had checked it's condition.
Two days after receiving the bass I received a full refund from Wunjo.
I believe Wunjo Guitars' customer service with me has been exemplary and customers should have full confidence when dealing with them.

I bought a Lowden F35 from Wunjo in 2024. Excellent service and great pricing. In May 2025, I needed to get some minor work done on the guitar. They fit me in at literally no notice, did an excellent job and wouldn't let me pay anything. Nice people, great service. Highly recommended,.

After telling Darion that arthritis made playing my acoustic difficult, he selected a perfect telecaster for my aging hands. Gus and others leaned in to make shipment to the USA a smooth operation and they even threw in free strings and a gig bag. The team at Wunjo Guitars is completely professional and unbelievably helpful. Go here first!

I would like to thank Annie in particular at Wunjo Guitars for going the extra mile in giving me a personal and excellent shopping experience. Always good to play before you buy an instrument and if you purchase it online there is always an element of doubt regarding after sales care in the event of any issue. Not so with Wunjo Guitars. 3 year warranty and you can get a free set up during that period too. Also given a free padded gig bag with my Guild F2512E 12 String. Great guitar. Very happy. It was the best deal I could get and I would highly recomment this shop to anyone thinking about buying a guitar. Many thanks.

I recently contacted Wunjo and they arranged the purchase of a Maton EBW70C for me over the phone.
A great price and they arranged for its delivery to the north of England as part of the purchase - plus two extra sets of guitar strings.
From the outset, the staff members I spoke to were courteous and friendly.
Particularly Gus who sorted the logistics and strings out for me.
Overall a very pleasant experience and 10/10 for Wunjos assistance.
Would recommend them highly.

Squier Bass VI were out of stock everywhere. Wunjo had one and it arrived free postage really fast. Price was spot on. They include 3 years support, so I can pop into the shop to get it looked at if I need to. This alone is worth supporting them: a real shop where you can try stuff and get advice from players.

These guys are fantastic. Bought a Fender parlour acoustic from them a while back as an absolute novice and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to buy. I went in on 3 separate occasions before I bought the guitar and each time someone was there to give me good advice. On the day I bought it, it fell over on the tube in its hard case and the neck of the guitar split. Wunjo pleaded my case with Fender and managed to get a brand new guitar in to replace it. I'll always remember how helpful they were, before, during, and after the sale, and would recommend them to anyone, beginner or otherwise.

I've been visiting this shop over the years when I'm in London, the staff are always very helpful and friendly. I finally bought a guitar from them, once it had been shipped to me in Ireland I noticed a intermittent fault with one of the pickups I hadn't noticed in the shop.
This is really where these guys excelled, once I contacted them they were amazing every step of the way of getting my guitar collected, assessed then repaired and finally returned to me.
It's a real mark of a business in how they deal with you after the sale.
A massive thanks to Jimmy and everyone I dealt with especially Gus who kept in contact with me throughout the whole process.
I will be back :)

Fantastic service and very helpful staff. Received my Guild Westerley which is simply wonderful.

At Christmas I was one of the winners in Wunjo's competition. A SUB by Sterling bass was dispatched by "next day delivery" up to me in Scotland.

Sadly the bass had a fault but Wunjo said it was covered by their warranty. They arranged collection of the SUB and when it transpired there was no fix to the fault told me I could have a replacement or choose another prize up to the value of the SUB.
