I was gifted a sweater set for my 6mo old and I love the natural fabric and high quality of the clothing. I also have a little sunshine newborn jumper that was passed down from another mama. Their clothing is beautifully designed with attention to detail. Definitely pieces I want to treasure and pass down.

Ordered the cuddle duck for a offer of £15 and when I emailed to chase delivery was informed they had no stick so cancelled my order yet I could still go on their website and order for £23. Absolutely disgusting

I would give zero stars if possible. The company have the worst customer service ever. I have emailed 6 times and have received one email back. My item arrived over 2 weeks late and they are refusing to refund me and ignoring my emails. The item was expensive and the quality is really poor. Would avoid shopping here.

Wonderful customer service!!! We ordered an heirloom music carousel and there was a defect upon arrival that they took care of immediately. My daughter also loves her goose and sleeps with it every night. Love the quality and the keepsake/forever type of products! Looking forward to supporting this amazing business more in the future!!

Ordered a custom knit sweater for my newborn and an outfit and the 5-pack of bows. All came in beautiful packaging and seem like wonderful quality! And the designs are so cute. Cannot wait to use my products!

The ‘high quality cotton’ blanket came without a composition label and I suspect it’s acrylic. The smiley beanie hat claimed to be of ‘high quality’ materials. The wonky label inside said ‘made in China, 100% acrylic.
I emailed my disappointment with these comments and received an overlong A1 response, without the returns information I asked for.
The website looks lovely but now I question the business behind the facade.

Beautifully made … exactly what I ordered and material used is soft against baby’s skin. Amazing product will definitely order again!

I’m so happy with this sweater. The knit is beautifully soft and having my baby’s name embroidered makes it extra special and truly one of a kind.. It feels like a keepsake we’ll hold onto long after he outgrows it.🫶🏼

I had great hopes for this company, as I had placed an order from them last fall and really had a good experience for my soon to be born grandson. This time around, I placed an order that was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas, paid for it, received an email alert two days later to say that it had been shipped. Imagine my surprise when December 23 rolled around and there was no sign of the package anywhere. I was told I could track it, but there was no information available on the link provided. When I reached out to the company themselves, they simply asked me to "be patient." I asked them how they intended to take responsibility for not honoring their guarantee of delivery by Christmas and they said they were not liable, since they had handed off the package to the shipper. This was astonishing to me, so I did a deeper dive to find out that they actually ship their product from China, despite claiming on their site to be a low footprint, conscientious, small business. The order finally arrived, 16 days later, missing Christmas for my grandson. Ironically, I could've ordered the same things from Amazon, but I was aiming to support small businesses this year – ha! I will never spend another dime with this company and recommend that others don't as well; if you choose to, just know that it's gonna be several weeks before you get your order.

Beware of this company! Product received was not as advertised. Cheaply made and non working. Please do a Google search of the name of the products they sell before you buy and you will find them available from foreign retailers at a much much cheaper price if you know what I mean. I previously posted a detailed review in here based on my experience and IT WAS REMOVED. So be careful, because they are removing low star ratings. They will probably remove this review as well. So I won't even bother going into details. JUST RUN!!!!

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful first baby gift. I ordered it in plenty of time but it still hasn’t arrived.
I’ve emailed the company with updates but to no avail. I would like a full refund as I’ve had to buy another gift. I would never order of this company again.

Company took forever to ship, Order arrived with an item different than confirmation of order and they refused to do anything. Horrible customer service and prodict. We had several items on our registry but will be removing all, no longer reccomending company to friends, and steering clear forever!

I ordered the cuddle duck. Nothing like the picture and was a cheap, polyester, poor quality and dangerous for babies as the fabric just pulled out. It also has bare patches.

Everything arrived quick and was just as described! No complaints at all.

Ordered the personalized sweater and the corduroy jacket as well as a few other summer sets. They are all adorable, well made and came exactly as I expected from the website. I would definitely recommend to others!

Absolutely love my son’s custom sweater from Wyld Bub! The quality is amazing, and customer service has always been so helpful and communicative, even on social media! 10/10- will purchase from them again and always recommend them to friends!
