Can I just say their stuff is not at all what it says on the tin.
Firstly I was very suspicious that it was coming from china so I waited two weeks to arrive which is fine. When it arrived… well let’s just say I’m glad I paid sale prices because this stuff may as well have came from TEMU or SHEIN. The quality is shocking. The dungarees are cheaply made and not even lined and look nothing like the picture and they also suspiciously don’t have their label anywhere on the actual clothing just a tag… very strange. The duck looks NOTHING at all as described or showed. It’s cheaply made again and I just don’t know how they get away selling that for £35. The marketing team must be the best in the business because certainly they fooled me into thinking this was a top high quality brand and it is not. Also there was no way to review after purchase so don’t go by the reviews on the website I think they might possibly be manufactured.

Poor quality and even worse customer service, would avoid.

I ordered a set for my granddaughter and the pants were way too big in comparison to the top and what was in the website. I emailed them and sent the items back and they stopped responding. I did manage to get a refund through PayPal luckily.
These items are made in China and shipped from China. 🇨🇳 Be ware!!

I love the products I ordered, little bit of ironing & they looked so very cute. The personal embroidery on the back pack was sweet. Delivery ended up timely (paid for “jump the queue embroidery”) really not sure if this made a difference! After a couple of emails to customers service (they were very helpful) all delivered spot on.

I’m obsessed with the customized sweater we got for my son from Wyld Bub! The quality is incredible, and he’s officially the best-dressed member of the family this Christmas. 🥰

I bought the houndstooth neutral baby carrier and the handmade duck, the handmade duck is beyond soft and cuddly! The material is so soft that I’ve not been able to put it down myself. I can’t wait for my little one to be here and snuggled up with it. So glad I came across your page!

Item arrived 10 Days after ordering and not as described . It’s was the incorrect size and yellow colour when it was supposed to be Christmas white? It was way too small!

The sweetest shop! I loved the sweater for my LO! Such good quality too!

I ordered a cuddle duck.
It was nothing like described.
The material it is made of is very poor, dangerous for a small child, the fluffy material pulls out easily and could be a choke hazard.
Not a small business, substandard.
Support small businesses in the uk, not shipped in from china

Can't recommend.
Ordered a personalised jumper in blue. The jumper that arrived is khaki. Even the packaging says khaki, yet their customer service team say it's the right colour & therefore won't refund me.
Wouldn't have ordered in the first place if I'd realised items are drop-shipped from China & can be purchased for a fraction of the price from Temu!
Support a genuine small business instead.

The sweater is beautiful and well made. Website easy to navigate and you definitely get good quality for the price. I found the shipping slow and lack of updates frustrating. I’d like them to change their system with the shipping.

It is a shame that zero stars isn't an option. This company is a con. Like another reviewer, I bought a 'Handmade Cuddle Duck', and what arrived was a charmless, synthetic stuffed toy that does not look like the picture on the site and is certainly not handmade. It actually feels like it would give an electric shock.

As soon as I bought the toy, alarm bells rang as I was inundated with marketing emails immediately. It is not the small, personal shopping experience it purports to be.

When I complained and said I wanted to return the toy and get a refund, I had to correspond with a bot. A human then replied saying that I had to return the item to Australia and would get a credit note for 'change of mind'. I didn't change my mind; the marketing of it was completely misleading!

Ordered the baby cuddle duck and the quality was terrible and was actually polyester . It’s not something you would want to give a baby and definitely was NOT handmade. It looked nothing like the pictures. I Tried to return it but you have to pay return shipping to Australia and then you can only get a store credit. It’s a scam and the product is actually from China. I would not recommend.

I ordered a personalised jumper for my baby boy and also a sunshine set. Both turned up beautiful quality and fit him perfectly, I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be shopping with wyld.bub again.

Website is easy to use and purchase was quick and efficient with trackable shipping and everything went incredibly smooth.

This was my first knitted sweater for my baby and it was beyond perfect! Super soft the colors were exactly what it looked online I was really happy when I received it . I know I will keep it forever

Got at set with matching pants and a shirt. It was supposed to be at bit loose and oversized, but the shirt is so big, we can’t use it for a couple of YEARS. The pants just fits. The order is for at size 12-18 months. The pants has also unravelled in the waist seam, just after 2 washes… not very happy. It’s also clear that the clothes is directly from china - which a lot of clothes is - but there isn’t even a brand tag in the clothes.

Company is not transparent - appear to be from Australia. But clothes is from China and has a weird chemical smell.
